They can never get my order or sandwich right.

Food is so burnt I can't even eat it. Soup spilled all over food in my to go bag, lid was not properly sealed. Staff is unwilling to do anything about it unless I drive all the way back to the store so I can wait again to reorder my food. NO THANK YOU! WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN.
I was very disappointed with the quality of service and food.
I ordered chicken noodle soup and cranberry chicken salad sandwich. The soup was cold and sandwich was absolutely speechless (see the photo attached). The photo they use to promote was completely edited - complete different from one I got. I am not that picky but I was speechless. I spent 7 dollars on something that I could’ve got more from chipotle or elsewhere.
Also, I REALLY DONT UNDERSTAND. Is it really that difficult to greet customers when they come in? Every time i come into this store, I have to wait at least 10 minutes to be helped. Today, I had to talk to the manager “do you actually keep the customers wait that long before serviced”. Just unbelievable manner.
My mom was with me and she was so disappointed. We will not order from this store again.
PS for anyone who wants to argue, at least go to website and look at their sandwich promotion photo and compare that with my sandwich.

So the customer service was so bad here that I left my phone after I finally got my order- and really stale coffee, and had to come back in the rain- but because no one wants to do anything @ this Panera location, luckily, it still sat where I stood at the register. I live in Cleveland so, of course, I get waited on by rude people all the time- I'm used to it by now and really, expect it- but why management seems to have stuck all the people who want to do as little as possible at the registers.. maybe it's because they don't have much service and that's where they do to hide out? But God forbid you're the customer who needs to make an order- and all I needed was bakery (which was made already) and coffee which, at two in the afternoon hasn't been made since the morning- at least it tastes this way. When it comes to the bakery too, they didn't have what I wanted and I know, in Cleveland, at a place like this- it's hard enough to get the food behind the counter. So if you want a frustrated encounter, come here...like I said, I got so distracted by the bad service and the rain outside starting, I set my phone at the counter and walked away. I'll give two stars instead of one, only because I feel grateful to have it back but threw out a three dollar bad coffee just to find it quicker!

Second time in 2 days that I have gone in, waited for more than 5 minutes for someone to wait on me. I don’t mean that I waited I line I mean I walked into empty restaurant, I could see people in the back, called out hello and then nada.

I was one of 3 people in the store and it took 25 minutes to get a breakfast sandwich, only for them to get the order wrong- forgetting the bagel they upcharged for saying 'we're out of bagles' despite pointing to the bagel while ordering. ANOTHER 15 minutes later got a smashed sandwich. There were at least 8 people working... to wait 40 minutes for a 7 dollar average breakfast sandwich is ridiculous

Today I came to panera #204642, wanted Cheesesteak sandwich ( no ciabatta bread) so I order tomato basil BLT whole ( bread was hard) there was no hint of basil no where and they took one slice of bacon broke in half and that was placed on sandwich. Had to ask for my chips. I got southwest chicken salad whole and they gave me bread that was hard and looks like someone had been eating on it, now the bathroom was disgusting water all on floor, wet paper towels everywhere. Employees had no customer service skills, counter top at pick up was so sticky and unclean, employees was on phones in lobby looking at cops across the street. Employees was on floor behind the food stations cleaning, they pushed everything back and grabbed gloves and started to prepare our food. My first time at Panera and my experience was disappointing and disgusting. All employees were college students. Their performance was like kids being left at home alone. This cafe needs a makeover and customer service training. I was just leaving the emergency room so I wasn't up to complaining in store and the manager was allowing the employees to do whatever
