I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share a concern about my recent visits to your establishment. Unfortunately, on three separate occasions, I received a cup for coffee only to find that all the coffee dispensers were empty, including the hazelnut and light roast options.
This has been particularly frustrating because I’ve paid for the coffee each 2 times
, only to walk away with nothing. Asking for a refund in these instances has felt like it would take a considerable amount of time—sometimes 30 minutes or more—which makes it hardly worth the three dollars I’ve spent. In essence, it feels like I’ve paid several times for nothing.
I hope you can understand how this would be disappointing as a customer. I kindly urge you to look into this issue and ensure that the dispensers are regularly refilled so that others do not have the same experience.
Thank you very much for your attention to this matter.

First time here and probably not returning. Didn’t get greeted by a single employee. Finally waited long enough and decided to order at the kiosk and wanted to use my gift card. Well, apparently you have to order at the register to use a gift card. The kiosk says I can use the gift card at said kiosk…..
There’s no way to swipe any card at the self serve kiosk. And mind you, this is in a college town so students have food cards to swipe. Not at the self serve kiosk apparently.
And the employees have to ask you what you ordered after you already placed the order yourself.
Very disappointed and will not be returning. I work customer service and this is bottom line poor. I hope someone from corporate or a district manager/rep sees this and talks with the team.
Decided to come here to study. Mid study session around 6pm we were asked to move to a completely different side of the store so that the employees could close a portion of the store before closing time to speed up their closing process. This was inconvenient, pointless, and didn't really make sense since the store doesn't close until 8.

I had a phenomenal experience today at Panera Bread. The food was delicious, the cashier was friendly and went above and beyond what I am use to at any Panera. Even the cooks were friendly and made sure I was properly notified that my food was ready, as I was distracted and away from the pick up area. I have no idea what any names are but Kudos to this Panera for hiring great people and creating an environment of good customer service.
They have a new menu item, Italian steak mozzarella. We all loved it. (chefs kiss) Which made me order one to go.

Panera is not the same as it used to be. Higher prices and no rewards like they used to offer. Somehow I got kicked off the birthday club and they wouldn't give me a treat this year.
The Panera on Broadview Road in Seven Hills only has kiosks to order. Bad move, Panera. We immediately left. The one on Euclid Avenue near Case has kiosks, too, but they still have people at the counter to take your order. Coffee and an orange scone was almost $8. Totally not worth it.

I bought a sandwich and it was really good. But when I just now bit into it there was a wrapper inside the sandwich. So I won’t eat anymore of it.
Rushed me out to close while I was almost done with my sandwich. I swear I was only going to take five more minutes but they were not very friendly about it

Food is so burnt I can't even eat it. Soup spilled all over food in my to go bag, lid was not properly sealed. Staff is unwilling to do anything about it unless I drive all the way back to the store so I can wait again to reorder my food. NO THANK YOU! WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN.
I was very disappointed with the quality of service and food.
I ordered chicken noodle soup and cranberry chicken salad sandwich. The soup was cold and sandwich was absolutely speechless (see the photo attached). The photo they use to promote was completely edited - complete different from one I got. I am not that picky but I was speechless. I spent 7 dollars on something that I could’ve got more from chipotle or elsewhere.
Also, I REALLY DONT UNDERSTAND. Is it really that difficult to greet customers when they come in? Every time i come into this store, I have to wait at least 10 minutes to be helped. Today, I had to talk to the manager “do you actually keep the customers wait that long before serviced”. Just unbelievable manner.
My mom was with me and she was so disappointed. We will not order from this store again.
PS for anyone who wants to argue, at least go to website and look at their sandwich promotion photo and compare that with my sandwich.
