For some nice coffee at 6:30 in the morning, one should not complain.

It's stressful enough going to the Clinic to visit my sick father but I am so happy that Panera bread is there. It's a comfort knowing that I can get healthy food, a cup of coffee and friendly service. It's was very busy but the staff was kind and efficient. My bacon turkey bravo was excellent!

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered...
This place is absolutely filthy, the coffee station was a complete mess, an employee came out to replace a coffe urn only because a customer had to ask for it as it was empty, the urn was replaced and nothing was cleaned up and wiped down... upon entering the dining area I couldnt find a clean table to sit at, 90% of the tables were dirty, the floor was filthy, this had to have been from the day before as it was only 8 o'clock in the morning. Horrible experience considering this location is in the lobby of one of the best hospitals in the country/world! No cash accepted!... why??
Never Again!

Absolutely foul. How are they even open in a hospital!? Turkey was old, lettuce was rotted, tomatoes rotted. Attitudes out of this world! They were complaining about customers LOUD AND CLEAR for everyone to hear! How can you actually be feeding transplant patients this poison!? Eventually you will be held liable when someone gets extremely sick or dies. This is very serious, I just don't understand. DISGUSTING 0/10. DO BETTER

The food was good, but they gave me a fruit cup with a spoon instead of the Greek yogurt parfait that I ordered. Not only did I not want the fruit, but I didn't even get the correct utensil to eat it.

Fruit fly heaven . Maggots in the soups , employees with nasty attitudes . Pick your poison at this Panera Bread . It’s a shame this is the only place available after hours in the hospital. Something needs to be done about this establishment. It needs to be closed for deep cleaning for 6 months !

Writing this review after an incident that occurred at this Panera on Oct 3rd. I ordered a cup of tomato bisque soup. When i got back to work and opened the lid there appeared to be worms or maggots in the soup. When scooping the soup more came to the surface, there had to be at least six. I went back to panera to show to the staff, when i asked them what this was they said they didn't know, i asked for a refund but besides that they clearly did not care! Further, they made no attempts to correct the problem, they just went back to working and didn't bother throwing out the rest. I contacted the Local health department who has not followed up with me regarding the incident. Is this the kind of food that the cleveland clinic lets their patients eat. This location needs to be shut down immediately.

Ordered the tomato soup around 3 am. First they forgot items from my order so I had to walk back to Panera. When I opened my tomato soup up I found multiple Maggots (larvae) in the soup. The place is infested with flies and the kitchen is a mess. Upon speaking with other customers this is not an isolated incident and maggots have been an issue at this location. They were already reported to the health department who apparently does not care as nothing has changed. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

Bad food, poor customer service, long wait time. Never again. The only reason this place is still in business is they have a captive audience. Poor management.

Nearly 30 minute wait for one item (breakfast sandwich). Several employees behind the counter and in the prep area but only one employee who was frantically working while the rest stood around. Unfriendly “greeting” and no explanation of where to wait and watch the order board. What should be a welcoming place in hospital setting where one would expect that most people dining there are experiencing some sort of stress (anticipating a procedure, accompanying someone who is sick, etc), come on Panera… do better!!! You’re giving hospital food an even worse reputation when you have the opportunity to take it to a whole new level! (And by the way, my Egg Benny sandwich, when it was ready, was still cold inside… obviously didn’t get made to order and even the microwave reheat wasn’t long enough).
