Wow if I could give less than zero stars I would. Having a very stressfull day at the Cleavland Clinic I just needed some food.....This place should not be in and around people that are in a bad spot in life. My food tasted worse than a TV dinner, order wasn''t even complete, made by employees who looked like they could really give a shit. My last time in life going to Panera Bread. You should close your doors

I was at Cleveland Clinic. 9500 Euclid in Cleveland Ohio Panera and spent $5 for 2 cups of coffee that taste like hot water. Do not recommend.

Upon walking in I noticed the floor was dirty and tables were soiled. Employees just looked at me and walked away. Turns out you're supposed to order on the kiosk. How do we know that? Once I was noticed by another employee who was also all sorts of rude, I was informed to use the cashless kiosk. I told the employee I only had cash... he scoffed and told me to hold on. I said forget it. People are here to get well or see family. This panera needs a whole employee roster change. Shame on the staff here!

No Avocado for YOU I was very hungry at Cleveland Clinic, where I was accompanying a loved one for multiple appointments. It goes without saying that a day like that is stressful and exhausting. I decided a Panera sandwich might be in order. I had to order by kiosk, because they have phased out paid staff for that task. Having never been to a Panera, and having never used their kiosk, and noticing the many people crowding around the kiosks, desperate to order their food. It seemed we were all hungry and short of time. I put in my order, customized it to remove the feta from my sandwich and to add avocado. I selected a drink, but realized at the checkout screen that I needed to change my drink. The line was building. I felt the pressure, I don't do well under pressure, and eating lunch should not be a high pressure situation. I felt the pressure to finish quickly so others would have a chance to order. When I tried to change my drink I accidentally deleted my order. By now I was extremely hungry and feeling guilty for taking so long when so many hungry people just wanted to order their lunches. I quickly entered my order AGAIN, for the third time. I thought I removed the feta and added the avocado. When I got my sandwich it had feta and no avocado. When I asked them to make me a new sandwich, they looked up my order and told me it was my fault for entering the order wrong. I explained that made sense since I was trying to hurry due to the pressure of people in line behind me. I asked if they could just make a new sandwich without feta and with added avocado. They said they would make one with no feta but couldn't add avocado. I offered to pay cash for the avocado. They said they couldn't ring up the avocado because it is only on the menu after a sandwich is ordered. Corporate in their bureaucratic wisdom had not designed the kiosk system to accommodate situations like this. I explained I was new to the kiosk and the restaurant and had been hurrying to benefit others. I asked if they could just comp the avocado. Absolutely not. I needed that avocado because my sandwich was a meatless sandwich. I cannot eat feta due to high cholesterol. I needed the avocado to make up the calories and provide satiety. Nope. Under no circumstances could they just quietly slip me some avocado. Most restaurants would have just given me the avocado if they could not charge me for it. Corporate needs to assure their employees that long term customer relations is worth more than one condiment or side comped due to user error. Not only have they forced us to do work they used to pay people to do, they also now absolve themselves of responsibility for human error, which is not fair.., especially considering it was a $12 sandwich. Beware of the kiosk at Panera, if you are fatigued, stressed, have a severe tremor of poor vision, or if you are pressed for time you may make a simple error that ruins your lunch and they will not help you out. Unbelievably bad and short-sided customer relations.

I ordered hot food that is over an hour late…. The representative on the phone provided no help and the driver said they were 2 mins away 25 minutes ago. Sitting with 20 hungry high school students on a field trip is not ideal. Will not use this location ever again.

While staying at Intercontinental Hotel I chose to have lunch at closest eatery without having to go outside. Searched yelp and Panera was the closest choice. The kiosk order only is absolute crap. The kiosk are not user friendly. Very hard to use. I ordered the Bacon and avocado melt and a bowl of cream of chicken and rice soup. The soda choices were all sugar free, and most choices for drinks were not available. My sandwich looked as though someone had eat the contents and then spit it back on the bread. I asked for salt and pepper and the counter person told me it is in those cups. The cups were empy. I asked again and was told at the drink area. Nope not there either. Asked again and the rude employees said to get it from the boxes under the counters. Nope not there either. Asked again and was told I wasnt looking in the right place. My response, "gee, does the customer have to do all the work." The response was you're not listening. I gave up on salt and pepper and went to eat the bland soup. I took three bites from the sandwich and couldn't stomach it. When I pulled the bread apart is when I saw the disgusting contents. That was it. I ask to see a manager and was giving the run around by the uncaring zoo. I was told I ate the contents of the inside and nothing they could do. I left the sandwich in the window and said I would never be back in a Panera. Awful, awful food and service.

Don't even know what to start. And even some of the sandwiches that they did have they were out of certain ingredients but offered zero substitutions.Ice machine brokenLemonade is poor tastingKiosk ordering could be smoother with substitutionsService sucked. Absolutely treated me like I was an inconvenience. And the lady acted like I was a huge inconvenience because she had to stop texting her phone and give me a spoon for my soupComplained to me it's probably in the bottom bag but it wasn't, there was no spoon.

Baguette is always hard as a rock. Three of the tiniest slices of avocado on my salad, I expect better quality for an $18 small cup of Mac and cheese and half salad. The lemonade looked absolutely disgusting, foamy and fermented looking and the green tea was completely out.

If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. It's so dirty and disgusting. Service is super slow, the hot food was cold and the cold food was warm by the time we got it 30 minutes after we ordered. The lady that "cleans" the dining room was going off about the tables being moved while sitting down during almost her entire shift. Everyone was rude. The food portions were not even close to what we get at a normal Panera. No fresh bread to go with the soup for lunch, tasted like it had been sitting out since early morning because it was stale and hard.

While it is convenient to have a Panera at a hospital, this one does not seem to follow the same standards of the Cleveland Clinic where it is located. The location is dirty, I once saw a cockroach in the drinks table going over the coffee lids and napkins. That I only saw once and I have been there several times. Now things you can rely on here are: staff are always very unhelpful and moody, your orders will frequently be incomplete or wrong, coffee is usually out or cold.Regardless of all these issues it is convenient because you can order from the app and come pick your order at your convenience.

Very disappointed with this Panera Bread! The staff was rude and unhelpful! The wait time is absolutely ridiculous, so if you are on a time frame, don't waste your time! We waited almost an hour for our lunch order and when we finally got it, the chicken soup had no noodles and was just basically broth! The sandwiches were put together completely sloppy and their iced tea tasted like sour water!! Awful! Super expensive too!

More onions than chicken. No basil. What kind of sandwich is this?! This is a mess. This place is only good for soup because all they have to do is pour it in a cup!! Such a disappointment.
