This used to be a very good pizza place. Now it's the worst in Brooklyn. Disgusting. I would recommend trying jets. Or romeos.

My family and I had their garlic Parmesan boneless wings last week and now we are so sick from it. I'm never ordering from there again plus my boyfriend told me that one of the employees didn't wear gloves and that employees contaminating the food by touching raw chicken and the raw pizza dough at the same time. Also I forgot to mention is that I ordered their Hawaiian pizza and I found 2 small pieces of hair in the pizza and they don't wear hair net. I don't recommend ordering at this place because they are not well trained when it comes to safety of their costumers.

Ordered online and it said it would be ready when I got there it was not even in the oven and there was only one guy working in there no extra help and did not even appear to be a manager there plus the menu screens were not even turned on,this is the second Friday I have gone to this location and only the same guy doing everything,this is not acceptable two other people came in and were told their food was not ready yet this is disrespectful to both the person working and us the customer,we expect more from Papa Johns pizza,they can keep the papadough 😞

Cashier went over and beyond for me. There was a 30 min wait for pizza. I came in for a tray of brownies. She took my order and got me out within 10 min. Very pleasant attitude. Great Brownies!
We never had any issues until recently. The manager was super rude after giving us three wrong pizzas with the wrong sauce and toppings. She tried justifying her mess ups as our fault for ordering online and she kept interrupting me as I'm disabled and have trouble speaking. She didn't right her wrong and forced me to hang up and just let it go because it was impossible to get through to her. Apparently it's the customers fault for placing an online order when they are the ones who can't read the order and place the right items for the order. Now actively having an allergic reaction because they don't know the difference between red and white sauce.

This ppl on Fulton rd.wants to do whatever they want with customer's. Making pizza the wrong way, with so many pizza places around them you think they would make their customer's happy and satisfied with a full tummy of a delicious pizza. To bad you drop the ball! the manager is nasty, Attitude? You get the bad side of a customer when you don't do what customers want. Remember, we are the ones, choosing your place, paying and waiting. We picked you for a reason! So you don't care about my money or my appetite, last time I waist my time and money with this store. PIzza looks so bad, I took a picture and didn't eat. Hope the health inspector go and check you all out. And a letter to the better business bureau. Thank you for making my night worst!
