Didn't follow order instructions. Pizza barely has cheese when I paid for extra cheese

Gave me food poisoning. I went to bed after eating the food and at first I just kept waking up randomly in the middle of the night extremely dehydrated and kept needing water 4-5 times. And then 6-7 hours later I felt nauseous, and seasick and also had the chills. Went to the toilet threw up a bunch and had diarrhea. Place should be shut down, and im NEVER getting papa johns again.

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL.. PLACED AN ORDER AND IT'S STILL NOT HERE 2 HOURS LATER! I CALLED 12 TIMES AND NO ONE WOULD ANSWER THEIR PHONE. WHEN THEY FINALLY PICKED UP THEY TOLD ME THEY ARE SHORT STAFFED AND TO GIVE IT ANOTHER 20 MINUTES! ALMOST 2.5 HRS LATER STILL NO DELIVERY! NO ONE WILL PICK UP THE PHONE. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS BUSINESS PRACTICE. THEY SENT THE EMAIL/TEXT IT WAS DELIVERED AND IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN... WORTHLESS HORRIFIC BUSINESS PRACTICES....

This place deserves a 0 star rating. Went here on 9/2/24 to pick up a Door Dash order for a customer and immediately saw both workers making pizza using NO GLOVES and intentionally dropping pizza toppings on the floor and putting them back on the pizza. These acts of mishandling food pose a real health safety issue. Please don't eat here guys. I continued to observe the workers handling money and answering the business phone without even washing their hands going right back to making pizza. Disgusting

Just when I thought it could get no worse, it did! On Friday I placed an order on the app for a pick up two hours later. When I arrived, the order could not initially be found. When it was found, of course it wasn’t ready The woman preparing the pizzas had the poorest attitude in saying “if they can’t wait there’s nothing I can do. There were several others waiting with the same problem. Then the woman in charge blames it on the storm from several days ago! I suppose “the storm” caused this problem at my previous visit. Oh well. Wait, there was no storm, When I finally got the pizza, it wasn’t the correct one after telling her several times what the order was. Don’t waste your time, there are several other decent pizza shops down the street! Not dealing with their incompetence ever again! Delete that app!!!

So ordering from this papa johns your better off not wasting your time after ordering i was told it would be a 40 minute wait that then turned into an hour then turned into 2 hours like I said you're better off not wasting your time here or your money I ended up calling them back and asking them Hey where's my order oh I'm sorry the driver is backed up and is having issues tonight at this point Pizza should have been free no calls to let me know how far or how long Colin spoke to manager and only told us was well they'll be there shortly okay well that leaves me with the bag just standing there what the hell never again for this one.
The pizza was hot and delicious, and it was ready on time , the place doesn't have dine in options.
