Contrary to many prior reviews this was an excellent dining experience. Service was good. Even the owner was personally attentive. Food was fantastic! And we made it to the game with time to spare. I'll definitely make another run for those excellent gourmet wings. Hope this place makes it! Great job tonight.

After leaving a Cavs game, I was excited to try this new restaurant, but was greatly disappointed. Surprisingly it was empty right after the game which was OK but service felt rushed and she seem like she had an attitude that we even showed for our reservation. Which was a complete turn off from the experience we tried to continue, but we waited a while for our food, and had to keep asking for the server to come by for things that were missed or forgotten.

My experience at Parlay on Ninth was terrible. I paid for the NYE experience, and I feel like I was robbed. I had a reservation at 10:30 but had to stand in line in the rain until 11:30pm, on NYE! The NYE experience was supposed to include a champagne toast and open bar. None of that was the case. My friends and I ordered bottle service, that never came. So, we ended up spending a large amount of money at the bar. If we didn't, we would not have had anything to toast the New year in with. The DJ spinning was not the DJ advertised THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I would never go back. And I would tell anyone who asks to stay away.

Was not impressed. Super expensive but the quality of the food and service doesn’t match.

Great concept, but needs a lot of work.I usually don’t write negative reviews, and this place is new so I hope they make it. Wife and I came for date, great ambience and the server was very nice. But a high-end sport bar with no beer, and all 50 tvs on a single cable box? Kind of disappointing given football playoff weekend. Ordered 2 apps, lobster arancini (given truffle fries instead) and steak sliders. Took over an hour to get but they will work that out hopefully. Sliders were delicious but very difficult to rip apart with teeth. Pricey, but cool ambiance. Maybe try again down the road

It was terrible. Waiter never brought water, had to get it from the bar. Waiter only put in half the drink orders. Pasta came without shrimp. Cold fries were served with the burgers. Waiter took at least 35 minutes to bring our checks. Also the ambiance is not what was advertised but still wanted to give the place a chance.

Reservation was canceled twice by this place, the second time it was canceled literally an hour before the reservation. Then had the nerve to offer 10 funky percent off for the inconvenience.

Newer restaurant in downtown Cleveland with the goal to combine class with casual. I did enjoy the vision to make a sports bar (many screens available in all corners) cozy and elegant. Food, drinks, and service was a disappointment and I hope it's only because the restaurant is new. FYI no phone numbers exist but they are on instagram. We were seated at 5pm and there were only around 4 other tables in the restaurant. It took us about 15 min to get a well drink and a cocktail that was listed on their menu (which only had 3 simple ingredients). I do think the cocktail menu should be improved because for the ambiance the restaurant is trying to attain, the cocktails lack depth. There was a huge lack of urgency by the staff as people slowly walked around and chatted with each other. The lobster roll was tiny for the price and I got shells mixed with it which was not a fun surprise. The actual lobster tasted good but the bun didn't appear grilled and the only ingredients besides the lobster was some celery if you got lucky in your bite cuz there wasn't much in the roll otherwise. Truffle fries were fine...tasted like normal fries with 1% truffle flavor. Wish there was more crisp. Enjoyed the portion of fries but barely wanted to eat them. The pasta was so incredibly bland. Thank goodness for the rosemary because that gave it some taste. It seemed like zero salt was added to the dish. Enjoyed the idea of the flavors of this dish, needs much improvement. Would I come back? Maybe if every place is packed during a game and it's my only option. Would be open to returning in a year if management is open to taking feedback and improving.

Service is lacking. If they want to be an upscale sports bar, server knowledge and service will need to be worked on. The food was delicious. The drinks were so so. They are a new establishment, but the bartenders and waitresses need to know what they're doing and be able to answer food and drink questions better.

They are new and need more time. We order the lobster risotto balls and had no lobster, truffled fries had no truffle. They have potential but being new they need more time. Liquor and wine selection was very limited. Could be a high end sports bar and do very well once they work out some kinks. I will try again after a couple months.
