Bad Service, overpriced, fake Italian atmosphere, Just came back from Italy and this his horrendous, coffee comes in my water glass, Tea comes in a crappy, thick mug, cheap wine, every drink loaded with sugary syrups, Italians would never drink this, 1 dollar for honey; like what, in Italy they give you biscotti(not pay 4 bucks for one) and I could go on for days. Hope your taking notes.

The reviews of this coffee shop were good so we decided to give it a try but unfortunately we were very disappointed. First of all it was cold! We kept our winter coats on the whole time. Secondly the coffee was okay but nothing special. But the worst part was the waitress and her lack of customer service. She seemed dismissive. Not going back mainly because of the lack of customer service.

Cool place! They didn’t let my friend sit in one of the chairs at the bar because it’s for pickups though so I don’t know why they have a chair there at all

So many enjoyable aspects! I really wanted to love the broccoli melt, and perhaps my comments are limited to my experience ... the hoagie roll was several steps beyond a nice chew. It was hard. And the roasted broccoli was just barely roasted. Will try again. With those two adjustments, I am sure it is outstanding.
