Manager absolutely ridiculous..we stood at the door for a minimum 10 minutes before being acknowledged. The guy that took our order was visibly frustrated being the only one taking and cooking the orders. The 2 women in the shop were both at the registers. I believe 1 was the manager and was on a personal call the entire time. She was rude to the customers, and didn't address any of them. Personal information from an interview was all over the table for everyone to see. There were approximately 8-12 people waiting on their food. I will never return to that location. W117th will ALWAYS be my go to!

Needed some fries for dinner. Their fresh cut fries were delicious, superb, cooked fresh and hot! Thank you!

Maybe hiring people with good customer service may increase sales! Having the cashier at the register cussing the whole time to a fellow coworker absolutely inappropriate seems like they just hire anybody. I do my best to avoid this location but the lemonade is good!

Employee in charge of the store acknowledge ME immediately as soon as I walk in to the store the right approach warming welcome. Eventually they ask if I was picking up name was provide service with smooth, polite, quick efficient! This is how you run a business you make every single person who walk into the store happy you got good reviews. You got more people happy glad that I have interaction with this people today.

I ordered a chicken cord on Bleu got home and they had cooked some plastic in my sandwich.

Very rude dirty restaurant. Gary is a bad employee the manager holler at him like he’s a child a terrible manager. Floors was very dirty. Asked for a refund the manager was rude and unprofessional and shouldn’t be a manager.

I got a Caesar wrap and fries and it took 15 minutes. There were 3 workers and 1 other customer in there. Fries were 3/4 full and they forgot to add banana peppers to my wrap like I’d asked. Sub par at best lol

Neil is a great guy ! Has great customer service all the time ! Gretchen is an amazing manager & manages the store well even when it’s a lot of customers, & Kenny I appreciate you the food was amazing

Absolutely horrible. Food was overpriced and overcooked. Could have ate cheaper at an actual steak house. No combos everything is separate. Came out to $24 per person. Never going back

The food is great but the lemonade is one of the best I’ve ever had and make sure you pick up some cookies, you do NOT want to miss out on those!

The chicken teriyaki sandwich was very salty I threw it away I wasted 10 bucks that suck.

absolute chaos, getting peoples orders wrong and mixed up in the line in front of me, laughing about it, people waiting 30 minutes for a simple sandwich. unreal
