The managers have nasty attitudes. I paid almost $30 for two sandwiches & they put no extra meat as I ordered & simply tried chopping the meat up & loading on the veggies to give the appearance of the double meat on one & triple meat on the other. When I said something they immediately became loud aggressive & snappy. This location sucks

Maybe they are having a bad day but food was ?…I came back to up my review for service because employee came to check on us on the way out and offered advice about places to see…I should wait to judge ??

I ordered my food from here on DoorDash at 7:43, you wanna know when I got my food? 8:55, wanna know how far I live? 6 minutes. My sub that was supposed to be grilled was ice COLD when I finally got it and so were my fries. My sub barely had ANYTHING on it. Oh! and I tried calling pen station to ask what was going on THREE TIMES and no answer, I tried calling my dasher and it went straight to voicemail! I’m beyond livid right now, i’m a person who struggles to trust food and to eat it and this ruined my night. A waste of money is what this place is. If you want fresh good food avoid this place like the plague!

I got the chicken Philly special. Sandwich was tasty but the fries were mushy and undercooked. They were the worst fries I’ve seen anywhere. There were only 2 people working and the problem was that they were too overworked to cook the fries right. They are overworked, underpaid, and have an attitude. But they got their bad attitude from somewhere, and that source has to be the result of bad management who either can or won’t motivate them.I’m saving my sharpest criticisms for the management, though. My bad experience could have been entirely prevented if the management were competent. They need to hire more staff, and they clearly can afford to do that based on the prices they’re charging. I doubt that management would even care as long as they can get the cheapest labor they can find while making overpriced sandwiches and pocketing the money. They’re only in it to get rich quick, hence they are the ones who deserve all of the blame for this review.

Where do I start... walked in and was almost knocked over by a guy, I'm assuming was late for work because he headed straight to the back. Then he came right out and went to begin making food! I'm so happy that I was not the only customer who noticed this. We all immediately addressed this and he went to work the register. While I understand everyone doesn't have a great life, he was not clean and this should not be acceptable when working with people's food. He had his hand under his shirt, which we also noticed. Once customer was so disgusted that she and her child decided to walk out without their order. No apologies, no understanding, the staff just carried on as this was the norm. Go at your own risk. I won't be back.
Just gave them another shot and it was equally as bad of an experience. The service is absolutely appalling. Food is up to standards, but they are SLOW. Ordering ahead online wont do you any good either. They didnt start making my order until I arrived after the pickup time and asked for it. From the time I ordered my sandwich till I had it in hand was 35 mins. Not ideal for a lunch break.

Try restaurant for the second time. All male staff, I sat in side and notice they only greet the woman that walk thru the door! Second time I walked in nobody greeted me and they finished thee conversation before taking my order! Heard ever cuss word that came out they mouth while i tried to enjoy my meal! Food good may try another location, this location needs more training.

When I entered the line to order, barely let me get in the door of the restaurant. The ladies who were next in line to order eventually left as their order was never taken. I saw them get spoken to a couple of times, so they were at least acknowledged. From what the main worker was saying, there were 2 very large pick-up orders being constructed, which was causing chaos. It also appeared that maybe 1 person knew how to do things and all the other workers were early trainees. Eventually, I got to place my order. Eventually, I received my order. I think I received the bottom of the french fry bin as the cup was almost entirely fry pieces even too small to dip in the ketchup. Sandwich was ok - a little dry.
