every single time that I order from here, I always choose to schedule ahead and order and still show up anywhere between 10 to 20 minutes after my order time because I know that the store takes their time and yet even whenever I show up 10 to 20 minutes after my scheduled order, they still haven't even begun making my order yet, it's ridiculous. I'm sick of it. There is no point of scheduling ahead if they make it once you get there.
Need more/different specials. Maybe a rewards card for customers

This place has AMAZING 😍😍😍 subs!! You can never go back to subway after eating a sandwich from here, it's a sin. Homemade lemonade 🍋 and hand cut fries that are fresh always and don't forget their secret gem .. chocolate chip cookies!! This place is just phenomenal 💯❤️

Hats off to Penn Station East Coast Subs! The Off the Grill Club Sub was absolutely delicious — cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. The service was exceptional, friendly, and fast, which made the visit even better. And I can’t forget the fries — crispy, golden, and downright awesome. A fantastic experience all around!

There id a crew member there who does not take corrections well, he wanted to come from his work station to attack anyone who tries to correct him. So be careful when you visit there.
