Penn Station East Coast Subs

When you pay $10 for a sandwich, I think you expect a little bit more. They didn’t even make it correctly, no thousand island that is part of a Ruben. I called the store not very nice customer service.

I just don't like Penn station. Nothing on particular location. So skimpy on meat for the cost. Weird chemical tasting avocado spread.

My sandwich had no meat i took it back to the counter, the lady manger told me u only 4oz of meat once I dug through all the lettuce and tomato I found some meat. That is horrible. And she didn't even try to correct it or anything. So I got my money back and I will not. Patronize them again.

I go to penn station all the time, but its gotten pretty bad with service, the staff got our order wrong and left out main ingredients from 2 of my sandwiches august 1st at around 6:15pm. Its too expensive to get things THAT wrong. They did this a few weeks ago too... cant eat a dry chicken parm sandwich with no sauce lol

The service and atmosphere was wonderful and I've been ordering here for a long time. But the order I just had opened it for lunch at my night shift job and there's literally no meat and I ordered a large grilled Italian no lettuce multigrain and it seems like they replace some of the meat that's supposed to be on there with something that's not bacon to make over the fact that they didn't have any more meat cut up to make my sandwich but they have more than enough bacon to do it

Once again we were not disappointed. My husband and I just went back to this place and boy they did not disappoint us. Shout out to Dylan and the partner he had tonight. Great customer service skills. Good food. There's alcohol in there but

Everything i come here, I never have any issues. The store was clean, and it's nice to see people actually work than play on phones. Inside dining was kept up and clean. My food is always made right. Staff has always bern friendly.

Little expensive but still worth it you always make a good cheese steak

Their Artichoke sub is incredible...service is fast and friendly...well worth checking it out

They got all 3 of our orders wrong. The staff don't care at all. Takes forever too
