Been looking for a good sub place and this is it. Nick greated my wife and I and was very informative about everything. The crew work together nicely and my sub sandwich was made with love it wasn't flat and plain like most Subways and firehouse around here. They are sandwich artist 5 out of 5 hands down.

Penn Station is my happy place. I ate at the restaurant for over 20 years. I took it for granted until I moved to Florida. They don’t have Penn Station there. We are visiting Cleveland for Christmas. Arrived yesterday. Both days we ate at Penn Station!

Absolutely amazing! Forever my go to from the people running it down to the attention to the order! IF there's ever a mistake (which is very very rare) they fix it no problem! Love them all!
