Food is Fresh..Delicious and Service was Amazing!!!
Everytime I order online from here the food is never ready when it says it will be and I have to wait an extra 10 - 20 minutes for my food.
I came in 5 mins before close after 3 failed chipotle attempts. The GM Nini was very polite and welcoming and the food was delicious. The workers did not seem annoyed at me being there and overall was a much better experience than any chipotle I’ve ever been to. Great job to this GM and the supporting team members!!

The chicken teriyaki was so salty I Thew it away I didn't return it because I was already at home very salty and 🤢 nasty
One of the best cheese steaks I've had. And the staff was cool.
Only reason I gave them a two star instead of one is the food is good. The employees here really need to start paying attention to receipts. If someone asks for no cheese or no mayo, why do you put it on? It even says so on the receipt! Someone either cant read or doesnt care! I only get a half hour for lunch and I gotta spend it waiting on a remake! Kind of ridiculous! Plus thr employees have an attitude and refuse to take any accountability for their mistakes! Unprofessional!

Waited 12 minutes for a sandwich and a salad and they even gave us cold fries!! We were the only customers in the store. Cheese want melted on my cheese steak salad...cheese slices just lying on top of my salad!!

My first time ever visiting a Penn station, never got my food, cashier didn't know how to do a split payment of cash and credit, and the help or manager whoever was not listening to how much on each source, never have I experienced such disorder, bad service provided I walked out, they don't deserve me to spend my money

Review is because my order was wrong and when I tried to call them to let them know they put me on hold for over 10 minutes and never came back to the phone I expect this from McDonald's not Penn Station I'm sure this is falling on deaf ears
