I try to give this location a chance, and its really getting ridiculous, they can't even make a simple sandwich, they just threw together my sandwich as if they dropped it, put cheese all over it when the online order said No Cheese! And they're timing is off when you order online your still sitting there waiting for your food and get it after everyone, the whole point ordering online is so you can run in and grab it! Won't be back, and by the way that was my dinner for the night so thank you for wasting my money, I sat there patiently and you guys ruined my food.

Been to this place 3 times already. I have gotten the same sub a Ruben. They gave only 2 options for bread. They loaded it with Sauerkraut with a little bit of meat. The second time the sub was well portion. Third time barley any meat... the subs are OKAY. The fries are good but beware they cook it in peanut oil.

Everytime I order online from here the food is never ready when it says it will be and I have to wait an extra 10 - 20 minutes for my food.

I came in 5 mins before close after 3 failed chipotle attempts. The GM Nini was very polite and welcoming and the food was delicious. The workers did not seem annoyed at me being there and overall was a much better experience than any chipotle I’ve ever been to. Great job to this GM and the supporting team members!!

Only reason I gave them a two star instead of one is the food is good. The employees here really need to start paying attention to receipts. If someone asks for no cheese or no mayo, why do you put it on? It even says so on the receipt! Someone either cant read or doesnt care! I only get a half hour for lunch and I gotta spend it waiting on a remake! Kind of ridiculous! Plus thr employees have an attitude and refuse to take any accountability for their mistakes! Unprofessional!

Waited 12 minutes for a sandwich and a salad and they even gave us cold fries!! We were the only customers in the store. Cheese want melted on my cheese steak salad...cheese slices just lying on top of my salad!!
