Pick up oders are always atleast 5 to 10 minutes behind. Yall should call your rueban sandwhich a sourcraut sandwhich because thats all that was on it. One piece of fatty corn beef and alot of craut! Do better!

This place always has the nicest staff. The girl that wears eccentric makeup was so friendly & kind that even at the end when she asked me if I wanted to add fresh baked cookies, I couldn’t say no lol. The food is always delicious. It’s clean & They had some nice music playing too while I waited on the food. I love stopping in here!

My partner and I hadn’t eaten anything much after a funeral and we felt bad about coming in so late but the staff were great about assisting us and making sure our sandwiches were tasty. The overall restaurant looked impeccable too. Very clean. Thank you to the staff here!

Vicki is very good as a general manager and everything there is fresh and spot on . Place is clean and the staff very nice . Place is always open and they get good food out fast

Had the Italian sandwich and wife had the chicken Caesar salad it all sucked bread was to hard hardly no chicken in the salad not going back

One of the best cheesesteaks I ever had. I love how they have different size sandwiches to cater toward how much u can handle. I wasn’t that hungry so a small cheesesteak was perfect for me. Their fries are good too.

I bought a large club and there was NO meat on it. It was only lettuce mayo and honey mustard. Their reason was they were really busy. That's sad because they use to be really good. Not anymore.

I feel like they are putting less and less on their sandwiches and it's mostly bread now. Their fries are amazing fresh cut and cooked on site. The staff is always very friendly.

Great sandwiches, staff works hard but, they don't treat each other nice in front of customers at all.. wish they would respect each other as individuals in the workplace.

first time trying penn station and wasn’t disappointed. stopped in and ordered to go. service was quick and the workers were friendly. the cheesesteak was so good! definitely recommend!
