I feel like they are putting less and less on their sandwiches and it's mostly bread now. Their fries are amazing fresh cut and cooked on site. The staff is always very friendly.
Great sandwiches, staff works hard but, they don't treat each other nice in front of customers at all.. wish they would respect each other as individuals in the workplace.
first time trying penn station and wasn’t disappointed. stopped in and ordered to go. service was quick and the workers were friendly. the cheesesteak was so good! definitely recommend!
Can’t really attest to the atmosphere because I’ve only gone to pick up food. Usually, this is not my choice of ordering food to go. I find the menu to be limited, and I did not enjoy the cheesesteak I had ordered previously. But my son likes your pizza subs. Why I don’t know because half the time you put sauce on it when he doesn’t ask for it. Now to make my life easier I ordered the BLT the other day. The roll was tasty. Supposed to be cold, it was hot. I got four paper thin slices of Roma tomatoes. Four skinny thin slices of tomatoes for a BLT. I ordered again last night, and got 8 thin slices of Roma tomatoes. Guess I’m going to Jersey Mikes from now on. I get the giant/large sandwich which gives me two meals for about the same price as the sandwich I got last night. And he couldn’t eat his, because even though the order said NO PIZZA SAUCE, it was sauced.
Great sandwiches and fries. The cookies aren't great. One of my favorite sandwich shops.
Wish there was one closer to me.

We had an excellent experience at this Penn Station Subs location! We ended up here because we were looking for a place to eat during the power outage on 8/7/24. Many places we stopped had long lines out the door waiting to be served, but we saw this location didn't seem as busy, so we stopped by. It was quite busy inside, but the female manager came out and took our order and she was very friendly and helpful. We had our food within 10 minutes, and everything was hot and delicious. Thank you for the great service!

Ordered online Food was supposed to be ready at 6:40. I got there like at 647 which is fine. Whatever it wasn't ready, nobody behind the counter knew what they were doing. They had people apparently in the back on break and then some other guy who came in from the front. I don't know if he was like smoking or something like that. And there was one girl who was trying to carry the whole team and another guy that knew absolutely nothing about what was going on. I got a sandwich that for $16 you should've paid me. I get more of in a better quality sandwich at Subway and that is a low bar. When I got home and opened up the sandwich, there was literally One piece of meat like a thin slice of meat of each thing. I ordered an Italian, so it was a little bit of ham and a little bit of salami, or whatever it is, the bread wasn't toasted. All I tasted was toppings. Do yourself a favor if you want Penn station go do a different one. Because they are good But this one garbage

So me and my wife stopped here for lunch today. She got the chicken teriyaki sandwich. It had chunks of chewy chicken fat and vein peices on it. Also had almost no teriyaki sauce on the sandwich. We never have an issue like this at the avon location. I don't know if the cook didn't see it or just didn't care. We won't be back.

People don't know how to take care of the customers let me stand there while ignoring me and my work buddy for 5 min with Noone in line .... when we get to the counter have 2 wait another 5 min to be ignored and then when my turn he just said the total without asking me if I wanted a drink or Any sides .... train your people better ....... worst place I have been to in a while
First time in here and disappointed, customer service very good friendly, but prices and food low,I ordered footlong teriyaki chicken onions mushrooms and tomatoes, was missing tomatoes and sorry my sub didn't have any flavor of teriyaki at all, last all I got was a sub no fries or drink and paid almost 14.00 bucks? Very disappointed be nice if I could talk to Manger if you read this

A nice place to dine in when you want a good cheat meal. Large range of subs to chose from and always great fresh cut fries. Plenty of room to dine in unlike a lot of its competitors.
