Food is made fresh and the workers there are extremely courteous.

Several times I've been here, they forget to put a topping on my sandwich. how can you explicitly ask me if I want thousand island on my Reuben and then not put it on? My receipt even says thousand island. Completely ruined the sandwich. It's been the SAME guy that does it too. he's rude as well. You've got one freaking job, buddy. At least do it properly

I have been to this place more than 30 times, but today was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The guy who came to take my order asked me for my name, and when I told him, he wrote it down incorrectly. I politely asked him to correct it, and his response was, ‘Only you’re here, it doesn’t matter.’ I told him, ‘If it doesn’t matter, then why do you ask for my name?’ At that moment, with arrogance—if not outright racism—he said, ‘I don’t like your attitude, I won’t serve you. Leave the premises.’ I have never in my life faced such arrogance and discrimination. Never again in my life will I visit your establishments. Train your employees to control their emotions and hatred towards those who come willingly to support you. You completely ruined my day today.

Waited about 5 minutes to be helped after being acknowledged just to get cut in line by an older lady. My boyfriend and I were the only two waiting before she walked in. The young lady behind the counter decided to help the older lady first - whatever no big deal - then made eye contact with me and just turned around to put her gloves on. No acknowledgement, then proceeded to continue to make eye contact with me waiting at the counter for another 5 minutes saying absolutely nothing so I just left. What an awful interaction lol.

I get when you get busy on Halloween night, but to start throwing stuff and giving nothing but attitude to customers walking in. No hi, hello, just “it will be 10 mins before I can take an order” while still giving attitude and tossing stuff around. Yeah no thanks!
