They literally never get a take out order right.
Love that you can get a bowl of pho and a spring/summer roll

Service was nice but my Bun Bo Hue had almost nothing in it. I was still very hungry after this meal. The pho still had the noodles clumped up together, though it did have more content. The combinations were a good value option on paper. Might be good value if you get the pho, but the bun bo hue isn’t worth it.
Do not eat here. This is by far the worst PHO Ga I’ve ever had. The dish came out cold, so much so the noodles would not separate. I mentioned to the waitress that the soup was cold. They said they’ll remake it. They didn’t, they put it in a microwave and gave it about 3:00 minutes. When it came back out the water was murky as it was apparent it was same bowl they gave me with the lime I put in. They did not bother to remake it. The noodles became mushy and the chicken rubbery as expected when you nuke a pho in the microwave.
Spare yourself the disappointment along with the cost of giving this place your business.

Precovid this was my spot. Everytime since it's been further and further down hill and gross.
The pho here is very good, but I would not recommend the bubble tea or smoothie drinks. There was parking outside the restaurant for a 5-10 dollar rate.

I love this cafe! They have amazing lunch specials. I recommend this spot to anyone who asks for a good place to eat near the rock n roll hall of fame. If you are visiting this is a short walk to the Hall of Fame itself. I like the spring rolls and the service is always top tier. My friends often get the pho and the cold noodles, but I am ok with a bahn mi and some spring rolls.

The bahn-mi was very flavorful.
I would like to return to try other items. For a good sampling, plan about $25-40 pp.

Gives mom and pops vibe. Prices are the main attraction. We did not like their appetizer but the bahn mi was amazing. The pork was slighty chewy but the flavors were great. Their smoothie was also good

Awful nasty bowl of oil with there beef pho. Only ate half due to a pool of oil. Got sick from the red oil base. I plan to sue these people. The camode would not flush. The tolleit was filled with waste and broken. The place overall is a nasty dump. I would highly recommend folks refrain having this awful exprience in Downtown Cleaveland.

Stumbled in after driving through Cleveland and was NOT disappointed. The food was fabulous here. One of the best Bahn Mi I’ve ever had and I loved the Pho Ga! Great place

First the waitress didn’t understand what vegan meant, and then she just sat with her coworker eating while I was in her line of sight, obviously ready to order, for over 5 minutes. I was the only customer. I got up and left.

The portion of pho is wonderful for the price, but I wish there was more tripe in the soup.
I wouldn't recommend the veg sandwich though since they're rather tiny and my partner didn't like it due to the texture and taste.
