Was excited to try pho for the first time. Felt authentic inside, I sat at the bar. Menu was a little difficult to read but the workers helped me a lil. Got the chicken pho with white rice. Can't go wrong with white rice, but soup on the other hand. The chicken was tough, but the broth and veggies were great, especially with siracha in it, the noodles were tasty aswell, and it was fun attempting to use chopsticks to pick them up. That was, until I found a fly in my soup halfway through. Tried not to loose my appetite cause it was so good and hey what's a little fly but I was cool after that. Hit or miss with fly but had an enjoyable experience anyway.

We walked in 36 minutes before they posted closing time- after 12 block walk with our toddler. They absolutely hands-down, refused to see us, and said that the kitchen was closed. We explained our situation and pointed out the time, and they shrugged and literally didn’t care. Maybe the food is good, but the people working here treated us terribly.

I came in today while it was super busy and the staff was short but doing a great job! Someone came in right as they stopped seating and got upset with the staff. The staff handled it very well, although the guest wasn't being polite at all. Will be back, thank you for the great Pho!

Got there at 6:15 and they told us they were closed. They were not very nice about it and gave no explanation. I'm sure the food is great, but don't advertise that you close at 7:00 and turn people away 45 minutes before that.

Hidden little gem in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. Me I had a lot of options. Everything I've ordered from here had always been tasty!

After being forced back into the office, it was nice to see that an old favorite made it through the pandemic. Quality has diminished a bit, i.e. wilted bean sprouts, jalapenos with a weird red tinge. But the broth is still as good as ever and the quantity is still massive. So much so, that I took half of it home, which leads me to a negative: when asking for the remaining bowl of pho to be taken home, the waitress hands you one of those Chinese to-go containers and you are forced to make the transfer at your table. Let me tell you, not an easy task pouring a wide bowl of liquid with all of the fixins into a Chinese container. Splash, ker-plunk, plop, mess. Can you please take care of this for the customer in the back area? Remember the old days when restaurants would do this? But I'll be back because I like the food.

Tale of two PhoI eat Pho frequently. The beef here is flavorful and rich. The chicken is nothing but water with very dry chicken. Two completely different experiences. Warning. Lots of onion if you don’t like. Mention that. The garden rolls were amazing.

Very good food, great atmosphere. The beef was tasty and more than enough to eat. I would go back.

I had a little hard time finding it because the door is small with limited signage (or I could have come in through the wrong door). The door opens into a gigantic space with circle bar seating in the middle and plenty of tables. I loved the sparkly orange counter of the bar. Service was fast and my water was always kept full. I ordered the pork & egg roll vermicelli bowl and added a fried egg. It was perfect. The ingredients were fresh, crisp, and perfectly cooked. The egg yolk was even like a jammy velvet. I'd come here every week if I lived here. The best part--homemade chilli oil!!!! It was so good. I kept spooning more on because the flavor was so delicious, but I finally had to put the lid back on before my nose started running uncontrollably. Perfection.

I LOVED my food from here! The pork spring rolls were honestly one of the best I’ve tried around the states. So crispy and the perfect amount of meat with the sauce. I ordered the bahn mi sandwich and was happy with the amount, crispy bread, and ingredients.

Solid and reasonable Vietnamese option in Downtown Cleveland. The fried rice was really good and pho was a little sweet which I liked.

Price for food was reasonable. I like that they have the spices at the table. I really like the spring roll.
