the vegetable pho is trash! it taste like absolutely nothing. i taste no star anise, cardamom, fennel, fish sauce, sugar.....NOTHING! i wish i could get my $14 back for this horrible meal. i'm so disappointed and i will never return here ever again. You people need to take PHO off your menu because your chef doesn't know what the hell they are doing. Don't waste your money, like i did. Their food is less than mediocre, it's horrible! i will be disputing the transaction for receiving a brown paper bag full of garbage, instead of a delicious meal.

I came in with my three year old daughter just to have her use the restroom. The restaurant had a whopping two tables sat during lunch hour and the server rudely whisked us away, must have thought she was too busy or something.
I get it if it’s a grungy looking adult who’s absolutely not going to get anything, but for God’s sake this was a TODDLER. Work on your people skills!

The waitress was very racist, she was very rude and neglected my peanut allergy, that I told her about it. She didn’t even refill my drink, even if I wanted to pay for it. And at the end she forced me to tip without no signs in the store, letting me know I had to rip. Horrible customer service, wouldn’t recommend this place.

The server was impolite. We had a group of 8 people and she tried to put all of our food in one tab. When we told her we needed our checks individually she tried to say that she couldn’t do it. As for the food, it was over priced compared to other Vietnamese restaurants near by and the quality wasn’t that great.

Doordashed order, asked for Chili Oil $3 fish sause $1 and some toppings that are free when you are dining in. Said no Free stuff on dealivery. Its not free when you are spending $54 on soup and a sandwich. Will not be returning, hope it was worth the $4.

We ho her a lot after shopping! Until today everything used to be great. The server was always nice to us. Today she looked stressed and for some reason busy with us and 4 other tables. Food used to always be good, and it was today until we found bugs in our soups. Accidents happen of course, but WOW the atmosphere changed when we quietly showed the bugs we found and quietly asked just to pay for the shrimp rolls so we could be on our way. The server was disrespectful and loud and the cook for whatever reason came out didn't say anything but just starred at us. The bill came and was correct with the discount, I politely asked what was the total amount so I could atleast tip accordingly and the server raised her voice saying "I already discounted the bill what else you want", smh so upset she didn't even realize I was still trying to give her a proper tip.This used to be a great restaurant to go to BUT probably never again
