Phoenix coffee is some of my favorite in Cleveland. I normally just go with a black Americano...so haven't tried any of the specialty stuff. They have a small selection of scones, bagels, muffins and cookies and what I have tried was very good. Love the habanero honey jack scone! Service is nice and friendly. There are a couple tables inside and 2 outside. Great stop for a coffee lover!

Cozy coffee shop. It's a third wave cafe, so they know how to brew a coffee right. The best coffee that l've had in Cleveland. Loyal prices.Also you can buy a coffee beans and if you need, they can grind it.Recommend this place to everyone!

Love Phoenix! Was in town for business and finding the best specialty coffee shops is always a priority (I worked in specialty coffee, so definitely a snob, and absolutely appreciate good coffee) well Phoenix did not disappoint! Flat white was superb, great pull and perfect temperature. Super friendly and comfortable atmosphere, love the plants for sale! Definitely has a lot of elements that I would want in my own neighborhood coffee spot.

Delicious bagel with fun cream cheeses to choose from! The latte was so tasty, lavender oatmilk latte is my go to drink and they do it really well! The baristas were super sweet too and recommend local spots to check out :)

I love this place! The quality of coffee is amazing. The staff are very receptive and they sell plants! It is just perfect. They sell their own grounded coffee, which is awesome, too. And the cinnamon muffin is just the best. My favorite coffee shop in Cleveland

Allthough Phoenix Coffee is small and upretentious, I enjoyed great service when I visited on July 16, 2023. They have a nice selection of beverages and delicious pastries. The staff was personable and helpful. A charming touch: they offered beautiful small houseplants for sale, undoubtedly supplied by a customer/ friend. Their background music was pleasant and didn't interfere with conversations-- a very comfortable place.I especially love that it is employee-owned.
