Played some duck bowling here while waiting for the Browns game that afternoon. Our lane had problems, but the women running the bar and bowling area was very helpful, trying numerous times to fix the issue before giving my friend and I another lane to use, and comping us for two games due to the issue. Add in a large drink menu that is very fairly priced, and it's a fun alternative to a classic tailgate, or a great place to spend time with the kids.
Visited pins w.25th several times we had TeShona a few times and she’s been amazing every time and she’s the reason we come back she rocks give her a raise!!! p.s she should own the place!!!!
Manager “Luke” turned a 1 star situation and experience into a 5 STAR SHOW …. I know how hard it can be to offer stellar service to a bunch of drunk angry people . Luke displayed calmness and excellent customer service when it counted most . A real class act , I will definitely be back again with my family for sure . Our bowling machine malfunctioned multiple times and Luke made everything right . Thank you again Luke .
