I ordered online It didn't say online that I had to confirm a phone number or email after I paid for pick up. The guy didn't want to give my husband our order after already being aggravated with trying to find parking for a big vehicle. The guy told me he was outside after I fused about time and parking and my order being visible and clear on my screen. The same confirmation number I had on my end, pizza hut had on theirs. The guy was rude, the manger, should I say, was rude and unprofessional. I was on a time limit and didn't notice that the manager didn't give my husband our 20ozs of Pepsi we paid for. He said if he gave out the order to the wrong customer, the money would come out of his pocket. It looks like he has no problem putting money that's not his back in his pockets, either. The store still got paid for 2 20oz of Pepsi and still kept the items. My number was on the order. Why didn't I receive a call?

Very pleased with the food and the gentleman at the front. He was very funny, friendly, and made those there for a quick pizza pickup feel special and noticed. The price was also really good.
Update (1/10/2025): I must have just been lucky the two times I went during the initial review. I have been there maybe three times since, and two of those times my order was wrong. The other time my order was cancelled. The pizza has been inconsistent (and not always prepped well). I agree with many of the other comments here about timing, some employees behaviors, etc.

This location could win a prize for worst Pizza Hut. My expectations were low, but this was a joke. I ordered their "Quick" lunch box and showed up on time 15 minutes later. The employee told me it will be a few more minutes. She repeated that many times over the next 26 minutes! I contacted the chain and the specific location but haven't heard back in over a week.

I loved there Service would definitely order from here again. Food was hot and ready when I walked to the door both young ladies in the front were super nice. I only remember one of their names was. Lacierra. Not sure if I spelled it correctly. She is a big help. Overall, the staff is amazing.??

They messed up the order, were incredibly rude, and provided the worst customer service I've experienced. This place should be shut down.

If I could give this Pizza Hut a negative 2 stars, I would. My order was completely messed up. I did not get my drinks at all, my wings were not prepared correctly and my pizza was burnt so bad it was black on the top. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again

I typically order takeout or delivery from this restaurant, and it's proven to be good. Pizza Hut is a chain, so food quality is the expectation. What I'd like to review is the SERVICE. Ordering takeout from this particular location is a joy! The store is pretty much on the college campus, and it's on a busy street. Each experience with the team members of this store has been awesome. So much so that I will deal with the traffic and limited parking to go there. Today's experience was with Amari (maybe Omari?). Polite, professional, friendly and efficient. Young people offering excellent customer service! It's very refreshing and welcomed. Great job, Pizza Hut Cleveland State!!
