I they didn't refund me or give me credit like they said. They gave me those nasty chocolate donuts I didn't ask for. I paid cash too. Smh

I’m sorry but they make horrible pizza. Tried the T-Mobile deal and didn’t even bother eating the pizza. Crusty, dry, and just straight nasty. I loved pizza hut but idk if it’s the franchise or the employees at this point because the pizza was barely edible
The employees are ok… sometimes a little rude but honestly i don't blame them. The manager needs to be fired. 1 employee working and 10 people waiting for their orders. I walked in and waited 5 minutes for the lady to acknowledge me and it was another 5 minutes before she started working on the order… mind you i ordered online and it was supposed to be done when I got there. There were probably 10 people waiting… with literally 1 worker making the food boxing it as it came out and serving the people.

I've never had any issues with Pizza Hut. The pizza was really good and the service was find. It's got to be to give orders.

RATCHET NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Every time I go here my order is messed up. I ask for one thing they give me something else. Every time I call to say something about it they would tell me the order is correct even thought I’m looking at a wrong order.

For the second time in a row, I did not get what I paid for and when I called to rectify the situation I was offered a credit on my account instead of being sent what I paid for. What am I going to do with a credit if you can’t get the order right????? And the jerk on the phone didn’t care at all!!!

Poor people only have 1 or 2 workers running the whole shop. By the time it was supposed to be time to pick up order, they hadn't even started it and had 6 orders ahead of us. So sad bc pizza is better than competition

I ordered online
It didn't say online that I had to confirm a phone number or email after I paid for pick up. The guy didn't want to give my husband our order after already being aggravated with trying to find parking for a big vehicle. The guy told me he was outside after I fused about time and parking and my order being visible and clear on my screen. The same confirmation number I had on my end, pizza hut had on theirs. The guy was rude, the manger, should I say, was rude and unprofessional. I was on a time limit and didn't notice that the manager didn't give my husband our 20ozs of Pepsi we paid for. He said if he gave out the order to the wrong customer, the money would come out of his pocket. It looks like he has no problem putting money that's not his back in his pockets, either. The store still got paid for 2 20oz of Pepsi and still kept the items. My number was on the order. Why didn't I receive a call?

Very pleased with the food and the gentleman at the front. He was very funny, friendly, and made those there for a quick pizza pickup feel special and noticed. The price was also really good.
Update (1/10/2025): I must have just been lucky the two times I went during the initial review. I have been there maybe three times since, and two of those times my order was wrong. The other time my order was cancelled. The pizza has been inconsistent (and not always prepped well). I agree with many of the other comments here about timing, some employees behaviors, etc.
