The call center is a scam made an order through them they took my money the order was made and the location refused to give me the food I purchased after showing them personally that the transaction was made and the money was received. They kept telling me that they don’t see it on there end and refused to either give me the food I purchased or the money they took. Almost $60 taken.
Seniors on fixed income, 3 pizzas ,2 burnt sauce running off them,1 doughy,and paid for pan didn't get it!manager was putting on hold over and over i was very respectful until she tried turning it on me for the slop she made herself, told her keep the money she made off me and it would be worth going a step farther on this contacting corporate!

i always get pizza with light sauce but this time it came with extra sauce?? and tried to cover it up with mass amount of cheese. i’m not one to complain or anything but jesus christ i could make a family size spaghetti dinner with all this sauce.

We ordered through the app, and it said our food was delivered at 6:21 but it wasn't here. We called the location we placed our order through and were redirected to a call center. The center transfered our calls 4 different times and ultimately told us to call back. Our food finally arrived at 6:35, and it was cold. We ordered wings and were given the wrong flavor. We ordered blue cheese dipping sauce and we didn't receive it. When we called the location we ordered from again, we were transferred to a call center. Bad customer service all around.

I just called there to find out specials and she told me two different kinds so the one was a little bit more expensive so I was going with the first one to pizzas $20 okay but then I also wanted to ask him what the second one was but she she asked me for a second phone number which I did not want to order two different things so obviously she did not like what I was saying that she hung up on me I really do not appreciate that very much today's date is 10-23-24 and it was a girl that was taking my order I do not know her name but I do not appreciate it at all and I'll make sure that everybody knows this I think she needs to be represented for the rudeness that she talked to me on the phone very very rude and inconsiderate and hanging up on me is the worst thing they can ever do to a customer

The delivery driver is wearing a Trump shirt and made upsetting political comments. Food was great and we order often and never have a problem picking up. First time ordering delivery and never again. This man is employed by the store, not door dash. Yes, I asked. He seems too old, senile, and too weird to do the job. Keep your politics off my pizza, uniforms exist for a reason. Bad for business. Made us feel unsafe. I don't care who you vote for, but leave it at home.

I order cinnamon sticks and got garlic on top of my cinnamon sticks and I asked for a 6 piece wing and got 16 boneless wings. Who puts garlic on top of cinnamon sticks. I talked on the phone and they seem like they did not care and it was my fault because the phone was breaking up instead of asking for clarification
