This place should not be in business for how rude they are. I called the first time, they asked for the address and to which I give it to them but then they ask if it was an apartment or house, I said it's an apartment to which they asked for the number of said apartment. I told them there wasn't one as it was in a complex. The woman on the phone said that I was being uncertain about the address I have and I should call back when I get my information straight, proceeds to hang up! Like excuse me woman, but that's not customer service. I then called back, they hang up...TWICE. I then called back and they answered but despite being on the same street as the location, the guy on the phone told me it was too far!I then ordered online and with no problem, got the food to my friend's apartment just in time. But wow, all this for one pizza and BBQ boneless wings. What a joke, I will never do business with this location ever again!

End up not even getting my order because it was incorrect and they didn’t want to correct it or discount the order. I’m not going to pay full price for their mistake on a pizza that you will either have to discount to sell or throw away. I guess she wanted to take it home and count it as a loss for the store.

The pizza was good , they actually cooked it !!!The last pizza i ate from pizza hut was 20 years ago, i stopped eating it because the toppings were never fully cooked and i didn't like it. So trying a slice today was cool seeing this location actually cooks the pizza properly. I may try it again. But with nowhere to sit down and eat my pizza why would I ?
The pizza was horrible didn't have really none 9f the toppings I asked for and skimp off the cheese topping it was very much poorly made. Will never order from this place ever qgain.
This place used to be pretty bad a couple years ago, bad enough to the point we stopped ordering altogether. We've ordered at least 3 or 4 times in the past 3 months and everytime time the food was amazing. Not sure what changed, but I'm glad it did. Keep up the amazing work and you'll be seeing us every week for our family pizza night.

Big dinner box was over cooked, bread sticks looked like cornbread, boneless wings were dry and was not even coated with the honey barbecue sauce and I gave a tip and the entire order was almost $30 and I could not eat it and I ended up giving it to my dog because everything was hard. Yes go try Pizza Hut pizza the breadsticks the chicken wings the cold drinks you'll love it that fools are very good especially meat lover Pizza and the people that are associated with Pizza Hut are very nice and kind so please drop in try Pizza Hut pizzas

If I can give zero stars I will!!! The guy sid he doesn't know the size of the pizza, and he has no time to look at that ...and things up the phone....what is wrong with people in cleveland...seriously it is worse and worse ..You are the worse person ever to answer the phone call, go home to your chair and give the job to someone who will actually be glad to have a job...seriously grow up!!
