The restaurant, food and especially the staff is so unprofessional and disrespectful rude and nasty the lobby is disgusting you look through the window the back of the store is nasty they don’t clean up anything, their handling money and food at the same time with out gloves they need to close the restaurant down and the black women that work in there has a very nasty disposition no customer service or training to work with the public.

I paid over the phone and the delivery man stood in my door way for 30 minutes after I showed him I paid then 40 minutes later he's walking inside my home I asked how he got in and he said the doors was unlocked so he just walked in my little cousin was outside asking him what he need and he ignored

Ordered in advance … I arrived 20 minutes later at the store. the employees acknowledged receipt of the order … there is only one other person waiting for a pick order. 15 minutes go by and the employee notices the pizza has not been made. So 35 minutes after ordering, 15 minutes after arriving, my pizza goes in the oven … it is not busy here and there is only one other order in the store.50 minutes after paying for the order, 30 minutes after the pizza was supposed to done, the pizza comes out of the oven. 55 minutes after the order was due, it has arrived but the drinks that I paid for are not in stock. I a free 20oz drink and a cookie for my wait.I look at the pizza as I hurry out the door …. It is severely undercooked.maybe it will be different for you but I would not return that store if I was offered free pizza for life.

The man w an Indian accent was rude on the phone. I gave all the info then 2x he pretended like I hung up. Badgered me about knowing the zip code & address though I'm not from CLE I confirmed the info w my people ... he then hangs up or puts me on hold and stopped taking my order - would he have done the same to someone's face ? No . So show some respect to the customers. You're playing immature games with customers over the phone all over a cheese pizza delivered 2 streets away ... don't eat here

I just moved to this area this was my 1st food delivery order at my new home. On 12/30/23 I ordered a big box with boneless wing cheesy bread & a 2 liter soda asked for plates & napkin’s . Order arrived 30 minutes late pizza was slightly over cooked I also did not receive my cheesy breadsticks or my 2lit soda, plates or napkins . I spoke with customer service they said someone will email & call me for refund. As of today Jan 04, 2024 and I have not heard anything back.

I did not get what I ordered. The whole order was delivered wrong. I called to get it fixed, and they put me on hold, and did not come back. I sat for an hour, yes an hour, bc my husband wanted the pizza he ordered. We got no help! They suck!!!

Ordered one stuff crust with sausage, got a BBQ chicken no stuffed crust, ordered a pan pepperoni got a classic crust pepperoni tired calling in to get it fixed set on hold for an hour just to get hung up on worst experience I ever had never again will I buy anything from pizza hut or ever eat at any pizza hut ever
The picture speaks for itself. On top of the pizza being inedible, burnt and dry. They couldn’t even get my order right. Worst pizza I’ve ever seen. I tried calling the number provided it take you to a call center. There is no way to actually contact the store.
