Terrible product, it was ugly and smelled bad. Employees complaining about how dirty the store is. If the employees think it's dirty it must be very bad. Very friendly stuff but wouldn't go again

I've been inside twice in the past 6 weeks. The first time it just looked NASTY. Boxes were stacked in the front lobby and the place just didn't look clean. The second time I was told they didn't have any dough. How does a pizza place not have pizza dough?? It was also just as unclean looking as before.

Don’t go here! Ridiculous!! They forgot to give me multiple items from my order and the sides of marinara were spilled all over the box. After waiting for a very long time, the pasta was wrong, ice cold and only half full. When I got home to enjoy my food I found that the pizza dough was raw and it looked like pizza was smashed. I had to continue cooking all of my food. The employees couldn’t care less, very bad customer service. Do not order from this Pizza Hut!!

I haven't had Pizza Hut in years so I was a little excited to have it again. I ordered pan pizza and some boneless wings through the app for pickup. When picking up, it was quite crowded in there with a lot of people and the girl behind the counter decided she couldn't do all the orders and cancel them all before I even got there. She was quite rude about it. I was disappointed it was canceled but I was angry that I had to drive all the way out there and they could have emailed, texted or calledl me to tell me it was canceled. They have all my information. It would have saved me a trip. Not sure if the pizza with any good never had a chance to try it.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE TO ORDER FROM PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE SPENT OVER 30$ for a pizza to show up cold and half cooked. I called to verify if my order was placed due to being told it was an error and some young female gave attitude about it being placed and hung up. Very unprofessional and waste of my money. Pizza was real doughy and I’ve spent too much money to be treated like this. Never again will I order from this place!

Pizzas were completely wrong. Wrong style crust, missing toppings. Order not ready on time. Normally don't go to this particular store, but the one I normally go to was closed. No electricity. Never again. Wrote Pizza Hut, absolutely no response. Never had this type of experience with Pizza Hut before.

The dough is half raw we ordered 3 pizzas every one was the same it's has.to be one of two things either they put cold sauce on the dough or they don't leave it cook long enough go back to the old style oven this pizza sucks
Was so disappointed and disgusted I ordered a meal the1st time I went to pick it up it was wrong and was missing items the second time she made the toppings for the on pizza and put them on top of it instead of remaking and the bread sticks where harder than a rock the 3rd time I went my wife went up there and she said it would take a whole hour to remake everything and couldn't refund me my money and called her manger in said my wife was the problem so question why wasn't there no manger there and only 2 people working not t mention they where in street clothes as well and when I came back there was only one person working straight garbage franchise in Garfield heights

Got my food at 3:30 in the afternoon and the pizza was undercooked with the wrong toppings on one and the chicken was also undercooked with a splash of bbq sauce! What a joke!!

I would leave negative stars if I could. The second time that we have ordered from here and had items missing, not to mention the order was not ready, employees seemed more concerned about bickering amongst themselves then tending to customers, not at all a professional environment
