I did carry out. Waited over 1hr 30 for them to get my order wrong. With the manager in her car the whole time. For them to tell me there's nothing that they can do. Horrible experience 😪. This Pizza Hut is not worth coming to. Throw this place away.

The wroste place to order food no customer service. The Maneger as a stinky attitude. If you don't like your Job, leave the position vacant to people who will give quality service. Canceling an order will out informing the customer is fully disrespectful. IF i could give a zerooooooo surely would.

I don't remember going to Pizza Hut. It may have been during a manic episode. Can't say it left an impression.

Ordered 5 items and finally got them and 3 were correct 2 we didn’t order, tried calling and kept getting transferred 8 times with no response never getting pizza but again definitely do not recommend

Calling the number takes you to the call center and if the store doesn't answer you keep getting the call center. Couldn't track down my order

I called in an order for 2 personal pan pizza. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I got there and ask for my order they told me it was canceled because they were closing. I drove twenty minutes for nothing.

I ordered a meal put me and my nephew I ordered two pasta with breadsticks personal pan pizza in for boneless wings add headed to deliver to my house the food got to me it was cold and it was missing items and when I talked to the customer service rep they told me that tell me when you get with me within 2 to 3 days it's been about 5 days now and no one talked to me I don't deal with Pizza Hut anymore they are trash their service is disgusting they didn't want to communicate with them ever with the issue that happened and I'll never recommend Pizza Hut to anyone ever again

I placed a $52 order and waited over two hours for delivery—only to receive cold food and less than half of what I paid for. All that arrived were two pizzas and wings. Missing: pasta, cookie, bread, and cheese bread.

What followed was a complete customer service nightmare. I was transferred between 13–15 different reps, none of whom could help. Every single one claimed they were “just a call center.” I was never able to speak to the actual store that prepared and delivered my food—not once.

Eventually, I was given a corporate number, which just sent me back to the website. I filled out two complaint forms six days ago and still haven’t received a response, a refund, or any follow-up.

One agent even admitted it was too late to redeliver the food and that I’d be refunded—then put me on hold and transferred me yet again.

This was my first time ordering and it’s been a complete disaster.

I’m requesting:
1. A full refund for the missing and cold food.
2. A formal apology.
3. Confirmation that my refund is actually being processed—and when I’ll receive it.

If this isn’t resolved soon, I’ll be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. This experience was unacceptable from start to finish.

Just left this location and doors been locked since 1030 pm they close at 12 I drove 30 min to get here and he goes we doing doordash and online only you can’t even order online so y’all doing door dash that’s why businesses loose money from people like this locked the door with doordasher and customer inside y’all have a good night I will let my dad know who fight for our country how I am being treated peace be with you

They need a cleaning crew to do a thorough cleaning!! From up front, the cash registers are filthy!! The walls, floors don’t look like they have seen a mop in years!! Terrible!!
