They need a cleaning crew to do a thorough cleaning!! From up front, the cash registers are filthy!! The walls, floors don’t look like they have seen a mop in years!! Terrible!!

I really wish I could give them a negative 50 stars. They have the worst customer service skills and the manager is so disrespectful. They really should consider not hiring babies in the management position. They are just terrible and instead of trying to be considerate to the customer and fixed my order they just shrugged their shoulders and said there is nothing that they can do. And if this is the way that these pizza hut franchises are running things then that is terrible. You don't get what you ordered and you can't have it redone and you can not have a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SPOT!!!!!!!

Placed my order by phone and arrived 15 minutes past the projected time given. Counter person handed me a pizza minus the fries I ordered and 2 additional marinara sauces I ordered. I then asked for the missing items and the employee said it would be 3 mins on the fries and he would put my pizza back in the warmer. Not sure why it’s so difficult to time up food completion but apparently someone forgot my fries. This is the second Pizza Hut that clearly has some issues making pizza. Looks like I’m going back to Gioninos.

I am never disappointed when I order from this location. Quick and pleasant service. Food is always made right. Doesn’t matter what time of day you order it will always be consistent.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had one of the worst experiences at this Pizza Hut location (20515 Southgate Park Rd, Maple Heights, OH). I placed a mobile order for two large pepperoni pizzas and two orders of boneless honey BBQ wings. The app said it would be ready in 15 minutes — I ended up waiting over an hour.

What made it worse was the complete lack of professionalism and food safety. Employees were not wearing gloves or hairnets, one staff member was wiping his hands on his pants and using hand sanitizer instead of washing. Another employee brought marijuana into the store and into the kitchen. Staff were horse-playing, using profanity in front of customers, and ignoring the phone as it rang. My wings weren’t even made until after I asked — and only half the order was done at first.

I was told my pizzas were delayed because no one had set out the dough. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here, but this visit crossed the line. I filed a complaint with corporate and the Better Business Bureau because this was unacceptable on every level — customer service, sanitation, and professionalism.

I urge anyone thinking of ordering from this location to seriously reconsider. I hope corporate investigates and holds this store accountable.

Cut the cheesy bread once. I guess all my coworkers are going to eat lady and the Tramp style. What kills me is this took work. Someone opened it, cut it once and said, that's good. Then closed the lid.

I placed an online order at 10:15pm to buy a couple pizzas and wings for some of my colleagues, to pick it up on my break. It's open til midnight. When I get there I ask about my order and the guy says 'Yeah I cancelled it, I ain't tryin to make all that right now. You should have a refund on your card'. So now I had to order pizza from somewhere else(thank you Rascall House), wait for it to be made, and have my coworkers wait longer for their lunch. I was about 25 minutes late returning from break. I'm done.

Another unprofessional experience at this location. The staff ate some of someone else's pizza and were joking about it with each other. They don't have manners, they cuss and yell in front of customers. And nothing is ever done on time despite there being plenty enough people working. Someone needs to give some serious attention to this store.

AVOID IF YOU CAN!! RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE! We ordered thru doordash before & they got the order wrong, it wasn’t that big mistake pepsi -> diet pepsi. Our chicken came naked vs what we ordered (honey bbq). Today we gave them second chance, & to my suprise they got my order wrong again. Ordered pizza & cinnamon sticks instead we got cheese sticks!! I contacted them & they just said you gotta tell doordashZ luckily doordash refunded us but NEVER AGAIN. WE WONT BE RETURNING TO THIS STORE AGAIN!

So I’m picking up my food and I understand that a lot of food restaurants are short of staff. I just want to know why is the employee bringing the food products (pepperoni) in the hand and looking up people orders and touching the cashier. That is so unsanitary. Than go in the back and use that for someone pizza. Cash & food don’t mix. That’s so 🤮 nasty. Talking about he the only one. At this point hire or shut down!

Poor customer service. Disappointing visit

If I could give a negative number I would! Placed my order at 1:35pm on a Saturday. 2 hours later not pizza. Spent an hour on hold just to be told it’s not my fault and put on hold again!! I HATE this Pizza Hut ghetto as hell!! Will never order again!!

Employees are rude, and unprofessional. I had a door dash order. They made me wait extra 30 minutes! Pizza Hut should take it more serious when choosing employees. Zero stars.

Do NOT order from this location!!!! Ordered delivery at 2pm on a Sunday, my order was left out on the snowy steps for 20 minutes (with no knock or anything) with many items missing along with a slice of my pizza missing out of the box as well. It’s 6pm and I’m still in the store waiting for them to remake my order. Worst experience ever, I guess they sub contract DoorDash drivers to deliver so whoever ate my pizza will not be found. Extremely disappointed in how the store and call center handled this matter. Will absolutely never order from Pizza Hut again especially this location.

I ordered thru DoorDash and when pizza arrived it wasn’t cooked right and the pizza wasn’t even cut I called the store and they wouldn’t resolve anything and asked what my name was and left me on hold
