Why did they put no cheese on my cheesy bread?

I put in an order on the New Yrs eve. Initially thinking this is great! However that was short lived. The order was put in, the order was being tracked as being prepared, but show how my order never got dispatched. I received a message saying my order was canceled by the delivery person. Never any explanation and the order is still showing being prepared as of today. Most horrible service I've ever received. If they were going to treat me like that, I could have went somewhere else. I wasn't able to order any food for the New year's.

If I could rate no star I would , the didn’t have any ingredients for my order , I had to change the ingredients 2-3 times because they had none, ny wings were cold, not hot, not warm, cold, I had to slice my own pizza and cheese bread when I got home, and my pizzas were sloppy , never again that place.

Went there to pick up an order at 6:40 it took them till 7;40 to hand me my order. My pizza was messed up twice and the woman there was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was yelling orders and told us if we didn’t say me then she’ll let our order sit there. No customer service skills at all. You’re better off going to McDonald’s tbh.

The workers are rude, they refuse to take cash. I will never, I say never order from this place again!

I felt so bad for the young lady. She was the only worker there. She did do her best. Although my pick up time was @ 230 I got there @ 250 my food was still not ready. When I did finally receive my I was missing a pizza. She then told me it would take 10 minutes for another one. I went back to work and the returned 15 minutes later mind you I work at giant eagle and I still had to wait another 10/15 for a personal cheese pizza. She needs a raise and some help. I will NEVER RETURN. THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

Ordered boneless BBQ wings and the have me Buffalo wings. Tried to call and get it corrected but they didn’t answer. I was on hold for 5 mins straight without ever talking to anyone. I would’ve went to the store but I had ordered it for my team at work and couldn’t leave out.

Never again I’d rather go to the one on chagrin. Southgate took three hours for two personal pizzas. And they had the wrong toppings when o asked to speak to manager she said she’s on break manager was out smoking in her car in parking lot just ew

Everything about this specific location gives either fire store manager and crew or just shut down completely food was completely overcooked and that was to feed my kids I’m so upset

Digusting, unprofessional store needs to be shut down. Ordered a pizza online for delivery thinking they had their own deliver drivers they pushed the delivery through doordash. It took 2 hours and 4 doordash drivers canceling the order because it wasn’t started to get my food. Then when I got it which was the 20 bundles two pizza boneless wings and breadsticks (they didn’t have my breadsticks prepped which is why they never started the order but why not just call me like the last door dasher did??) the pepperoni pizza I bought was definitely cooked twice and burnt in some areas and I live down the street and it took that long for unedible food . Trifling and a waste of money then when you try to call them you can never get the store only they’re call center like that’s weird and stupid cause they don’t have any information to help you at all. If I could give them ZERO STARS I WOULD. Honorable mention : they did give me a free large as many as 10 toppings pizza for the inconvenience but I went to a the chagrin location for it because I’ll never got to maple again smh

I wish I could give them 0 stars if I could horrible customer service will never spend my money there again I’ll just go to papa John’s next time

Accepted the order, said it was being prepared, waited 2 hours then canceled it. Wouldn't even pick up the phone after they canceled it via their online platform. Don't order from here.
