Bad bussiness always don’t get what I order then management can’t handle the issues nor third party food… it is old and never ready always have to wait then u call and can never reach no one then the call they always hang up on you please spend your hard earn money sonewhwrrw else at least with an establishment that’s cares

Only sheer desperation made me go here. I was craving the New Yorker pizza because I love the sweeter sauce and the size for the price is a steal. Ordered in app, got there to pickup and was handed a XL pizza. I immediately rejected it because it wasn't the New Yorker. A man proceeded to insist it was the right pizza. After I pointed out the differences he even laughed and gave me my money back plus the pizza. Cool. I was still disappointed because it wasn't what I wanted. I could have got an ordinary pepperoni pizza from anywhere. If you don't have the product ordered just say that up front and offer a refund.

This is the second time I ordered on the app for delivery and yet again they messed up my order. First time they didn’t give me my full melt on both of them and this time I didn’t get my drinks and both times the food was absolutely cold. I don’t recommend this place nor will I be ordering from here again! Don’t even try to call to get a refund or to talk to someone unless you want to be on hold forever. I wish I could give it 0 stars!

I used the pizzahut app to place my $35 order. Thin crust pizza,fries,boneless wings and brownies. Order was ready when I arrived. Everything was packed nice and neat. Got home and was not happy. Boneless wings and fries were soggy and greasy. Pizza was thinner than paper. Didnt enjoy it at all. Bad experience. I don't think I can do pizzahut after this. Didn't feel like fighting for a refund. I will take this lost. And move. And I loved pizza too. But pizzahut killed that.
Every time I order pizza from there they always get the order wrong and they pizza be looking dry like it´s been sitting out for hours I asked them not to cut my pizza and they still cut it they have a hard time listening to directions and most of the time they don´t even be having any workers most times it´s only about one through two people that´s there working. I've been on hold for over ten minutes trying to make a change to an order. I have been placed on hold and transferred three times. As I type this review I am still on hold.. so my order will be wrong.. Update: They hung up and never came back to the phone and never connected me to the store or they did and the store hung up on me. Either way poor service, poor customer service.. never again.. they should just close..
