I order off DoorDash a personal pan pizza and cheesy bread. My cheesy bread is not cut then I call and I get sent to the call center three times and then they hang up on me. This would be the last time I ever order from Pizza Hut again.

I walked into this place and both workers at the counter acknowledged me but never asked how they could help. Instead the had a conversation amongst themselves as if I had all the time in the world. I politely stated " I am here for a door dash order". They continued to take their time and coverse with one another. After about five minutes I cancelled the order and left. I couldn't believe the service, I've worked in fast food and there's no way you should have a customer standing around for no good reason, mind you I was the ONLY person on the lobby. Why would I need to wait, if I do at least let Know SOMETHING!
Picked up from Uber eats. This might be the worst food pick up experience ever. I have no idea what they're doing back there.

C'mon guysWe ordered a pepperoni lovers and ended up with a pizza with an extra cheese pizza with like 4 or 5 pepperoni pieces on the top. My husband took it back because, you know, no pepperoni, where they proceeded to dig out pepperoni from under the extra cheese. We didn't order extra cheese he hates extra cheese. They were like "see theres the pepperoni under the extra cheese" again no one ordered extra cheese. I know this pizza hut has people trying to scam it all the time but c'mon guys when you're wrong you're wrong. It happens. Everything doesn't need to be a fight and everyone is not scamming. I mean all you need is eyes to see there was no pepperoni. No scamming we just wanted pepperoni.

If I could give the customer service a - 100 I would. It took them 2hours and 45 minutes minutes to even attempt to deliver my order. I called and told them I'll just come get it. I get there and they tell me they gave it to the dasher 25 minutes prior, but didn't say that when I called. The dasher was at my house when I was on my way back. I told him to leave it by the back door he told me they said I was paying cash when I paid with my card 2 hours prior. I get home no PIZZA. I'm never going to order from them again ???????
