They are very fast and prepare your orders in minutes. There is a very nice and kind man in Lorain Ave W 106 ST Pizza Hut, I was there he gave free food to a needy person (homeless). He is regularly supporting people like that and I really appreciate his humanity spirit

Legit worst Pizza Hut I've ever experienced. Not only was my order wrong, it wasn't even cooked all the way. When I called the store, they put me on hold twice and never picked back up. I hate to be a Karen but people beware!

Waited an hour for my pizza. Tried calling the store to find out what was going on, was connected to a call center in India that kept transferring me to the store where I would wait on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up and trying again. This happened 3 times before I was finally told that the order was canceled (not by me, mind you.) Worst experience I have ever had while getting pizza.

The Pizza Hut on Lorain Ave/107 is by far the worst Pizza Hut ever. They never have adequate staff. The pizza is inconsistent with sauce too far from the edge of the pizza. The pizzas are never cut through properly into individual pieces. The wait is always excessive even if you order online. They don’t have enough staff to get the order done in a timely manner. I highly recommend do not go to this Pizza Hut.

I just got banned because I found 2 strands of hair in my good and when I took it back up there she just shrugged her shoulders my hair is sandy brown the hair in my good was black when I told her about herself she told me I'm banned lol. Will never be back again

Listen stick with the personal pan and call it a day the bigger the pizza the worse it is the little ones are always crispy and cook well no problem but if u like the bottom of your pizza limp go for it
