I was traveling from Canada 🇨🇦 to see the Rocky & Roll Hall of Fame with my family. We went to Pizza Melt and we were greeted by Jacob! I’ve never been welcomed into any establishment the way he greeted us all. It was like a big group hug 🤗 he handed all of us menus, spoke to all of us individually, answering our questions, engaging us with care, sincerity, and great care in a way I never experienced. We totally forgot we were there to eat as we all talked for a good while. We will be back just to see Jacob. The pizza he made us was the best pizza I’ve ever had. He told us it was hand made dough from on old world Turkish recipe. They cut their ingredients fresh daily from local markets. That they also make their own pizza sauce. Mentioning that they are a family owned business that started a couple years ago. The whole experience was amazing, thank you Jacob for everything, my children loved you too! We will be back to see you!

Jacob Vespucci is a wonderful store manger. He manages the store so swiftly even while being left alone in a store filled with customers . I don’t have any complaints about no one at this restaurant everyone is amazing! Jacob and the staff makes amazing pizza & the pizza is always QUALITY! Jacob & his team has great customer service & they care about there customers . Pizza is delicious thank you so much ! PIZZA MELT IS THE SHITTTTT !!!!

This was my first time visiting Pizza Melt. My new hires eat there every day for lunch. I saw their food, visually it was very appealing. The aroma was calling my name. I finally made my way over after work. It was nice to walk in and encounter Jacob. He was kind, professional, and knowledgeable when it came to the menu and ingredients. He helped me, a vegetarian, select a meatless option. He also helped me build the perfect pizza for my son. The order was processed quick and the food was fresh.
Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my experience and will join my new hires when they return. I’m a foodie and come from a family of restaurant owners so the food is one thing but customer service plays a major role too. 5/5, chefs kiss! Thanks Jacob!

I ordered for deliver then was told that I had to pick up my order. When my bf got there to pick it up they had cancelled and said I couldn’t get my money back for 5 days They didn’t give him a receipt or anything showing proof that the money has been refunded…. Be careful the money may never return. 🤷🏽♀️

Came into town on Labor Day weekend. Most of the restaurants around the area were closed, but Pizza Melt had no problem taking my order at 8pm. Was super quick and reasonably priced. The owner upfront was pretty friendly as well. Pizza was great! I'd definitely recommend Pizza Melt if you're coming into town.
