Okay so I’ll start off by saying me and my boyfriend had a ENTIRE debate about this place. I was bias . I talked down on this place and said no don’t order bc I’ve never heard of it. Soooo he ordered anyway! So i ordered Mexican off door dash (being a spoiled brat and TRYING to prove a point) am needless to say the Mexican food is sitting on the counter UNOPENED i swear i can’t make this up. This pizza is was literally the BEST UNDERRATED pizza places I’ve EVER had.the quality, the taste of the pizza itself was GOOD! Sauce was good and didn’t give me instant heart burn ??. Just order it. Promise you won’t regret. The wings, were ordinary “wings” nothing to brag about tbh! But the pizza?. Different story ???.

Stayed at the hotel across the street for a concert. They're open late so it was just convenient when we were getting back and hungry. Didn't eat inside but the workers were very friendly while we waited for the pizza. The pizza and cheese bread were so freaking good! I've only seen cheese stretch like this in TMNT cartoons. It's a shame I live so far away because this would absolutely be my go-to pizza joint for life if I lived in Cleveland.

Don't have an open sign on in your hours state that you're open till 1:30 and you can't pick up the phone when I'm standing right outside your business and can see that there's nobody in there but you a lady and one guy so if this is the kind of customer service you want to give I'll be happy to go somewhere else

I've ordered from here many a times before I had a bad experience on 2/12/24. I wanted a med. Cheese pizza with thick crust, which I have ordered before , instead I was charged 18.99$for a Chicago deep dish. I used my credit card so I didn't notice till I got home. The pizza was a mess and I would never pay that much for a pizza ,, EVER !! WELL. MAYBE ANGELOS !!! SO I CALLED AND THE GUY ARGUED WITH ME AND TOLD ME TO CALL DURING THE DAY WHEN THE OWNER IS THERE SO I'VE TRIED TO CALL 2 DAYS IN A ROW SO I COULD TAKE THE PIZZA TO SHOW HIM AND TRY AND GET MY MONEY BACK BUT I GOT NO RESPONSE CAN'T GET A HOLD OF THE OWNER. I ENJOYED MY PAST EXPERIENCES FOOD WAS GOOD BUT THIS TIME REALLY PISSED ME OFF..

Well, the portions are generous, and the people working there are friendly, but holy cow, the food is awful. I ordered the small gyro with fries. Out of the 4 pieces of lamb on the gyro, three were overcooked. Different story with the fries - they were soggy and undercooked. Maybe they'll get better.

The pizza was OUTSTANDING and the service matched. I ordered a Large Deluxe and a Large Meat Lovers for our office Luncheon and we were surprised with free breadsticks which were delicious. I will Definitely order again. Highly recommend Pizza Melt.

I stopped here with my three little boys after a day at the Science Center. Everything about this place is great! We ordered online, but decided to stay and eat because we were so hungry. The staff was kind and accommodating! They quickly got me plates, napkins, and forks, and even turned on a kids show on the TV.The pizza is delicious! My kids loved their cheese slices, and I enjoyed the crispy, pepperoni. I was happy to hear from the man at the counter that the ingredients are fresh and everything is made from scratch there. I searched information online about this specifically, but couldn't find it. I'm always pleased to support a family owned business, that takes pride in their work. Also, the pizza slices are huge! I ordered an XL, and we left with half a pizza. For under $20, it was a great deal! We will definitely be back when visiting downtown.
