It was a great experience all around. We dined inside. They only have a couple tables. Mostly a carryout place. Their food was different than what I usually have , in a very good way.
I love the pizza crust.
I loved this place last year, but I called today at 3:21 and the person who answered the phone was so rude. The call only lasted 19 seconds. I ended up eating elsewhere in the area.
The young man that was working seemed to maybe be the only person there. He was running like mad making pizzas, taking orders, boxing up food. But, on top of how busy he was, he was very polite, courteous, helpful with suggestions since this was our first time trying pizza Roma. He was just very pleasant and easy to deal with. I mention this because it seems that most places we go to anymore the employees are rude, cocky, arrogant and just act like you're ruining their day by asking them anything. This is the type of service that brings this family back to these establishments. We stopped going to some of our favorite places in the past just because of how the employees treat the customers. Also, the pizza was delicious. Thank you. This post was made on 5/8/2025 at 1pm. If that helps with who this young man working is. (I didn't catch his name) Thank you kind sir.
Just great pizza
Pizza was terrible no taste at all will never come back and I won't recommend anyone either, please do better👎👎👎
VERY good italian food
In from out of town for work setting up another pizza chain, and our entire chain doesn't even hold a candle to how good that pizza was. Definitely made with love. Highly recommended
Bad service. Took our order and then when I’m 10 minutes away in a 30 minute drive called and said they ran out of dough. Plan better. Should not have taken my order. Would have at least given me two hours to make other arrangements for our Christmas Eve family party.
Called during a snow storm and they were closed. The owner picked up and gladly made a super delicious, amazing-value calzone! Talk about service! Great chicken tenders too. I will be coming here and telling many other to visit this location!
Bit of disorganized at pickup but calzone was great

This is our 3rd year attending the pizza making class for the kiddos here at pizza Roma and as usual my daughter had a blast. This was my first time being able to attend the class with her and I was very pleased. The owner Grace was great with the kids and the pizza itself was fantastic. All components of the pizza are made in house. Everything was fresh and very tasty. The kids got to color their pizza box while the pizza cooked. We can’t wait until the next class! PIZZA ROMA ROCKS
Kid-friendliness: Sign your kids up for the pizza making class through mayfield village civic center. Grace the owner is such a sweet person

Dear Anyone that enjoys pizza,
If pizza were a religion, Pizza Roma would be the Vatican, and their Sicilian pie would be the Pope. I’m convinced they’re sneaking something magical into their dough because one bite of that Sicilian slice, and I swear I heard angels singing. The crust is so perfectly thick and crispy, it could double as a mattress if you’re into pizza-themed furniture. And that pecorino romano? It’s like a cheesy kiss from an Italian grandma who just finished blessing your taste buds with decades of culinary wisdom. I’m pretty sure I blacked out from joy after the first slice and woke up with a second one already in my hand. Five stars, two thumbs up, and all the garlic knots—Pizza Roma is officially my new religion.
