I did a pick up order in the summer 30 Minutes went and waited an hour after the 30 minutes. My order on Halloween was never made. No apology I had food for my guest. Christmas Eve called the order in 2 weeks prior advised of my prior issues and they noted it. Went to pick up my order and not only was it not ready they didn’t do the order correctly. Again no apologies.

The pizza here is good, but the service is consistently disappointing. Almost every time we order, there’s some kind of issue — incorrect items, long waits, or confusion with the online ordering system. When problems are brought up, the staff often seem frustrated with the customer instead of trying to help. It’s a shame, because the food itself is great, but the poor service keeps us from wanting to order here anymore.

I don't have a photo because we ate the whole pizza on the drive home! We drove 35 mins to try this pizza after a google search for Sicilian pizza. This did not disappoint! The crust is crispy and the sauce is SO FRESH.The owner was so friendly too! We will be back. Highly recommend!

A coworker told me I had to try this place, they were right. The whole crust is super buttery. I got the Meatball Pizza and it was wonderful. They have a thick, but light and airy crust. The meatballs have a wonderful flavor.
The lady behind the counter was very friendly. She was great to talk to.

I just picked up a medium thin crust Roma Deluxe with extra pepperoni and I made the rookie mistake because Pizza Roma Cooks their pizza so great and it smelled so good that I had to pull some of the cheese and pepperoni off the pizza and instead of cooling it off in front of my air conditioner for 1 second like an adult LOL nope and burnt the roof and everybody that loves pizza knows what I'm talking about! but it was worth it it was so good so thank you to Roma she's the best and her staff are fantastic I mean they could be so busy and they're always graceful and they're always appreciative it's the best pizza place in town by far if you haven't been there I recommend you go I've never had a bad meal there's nothing I wouldn't order again and again! And thank you for being so nice and pleasant even when you're crazy busy!!!
