I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences with The Pizza Bogo staff and management. On three separate occasions, my order was incorrect, and each time I attempted to address the issue, I was met with rude comments and dismissive behavior. The overall attitude suggests that they believe the customer is always wrong, and they refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. As someone with a background in customer service, it’s disheartening to encounter hostility when approaching a situation calmly and respectfully. In a recent interaction, management even stated that their behavior stems from frustrations with their customer base and the errors customers make. While I understand that negative experiences can happen, each interaction should be treated individually, not through the lens of past grievances. Unfortunately, this mindset has created an environment where customers bear the weight of their jaded approach, resulting in poor service and a lack of accountability.

This was our first time ordering from these guys in a while. Pizza was as good as I remembered it. They do play it a bit faster and loose with the pick up times, expect it to be ready 30 minutes after they quote.

Manager needs to be fired. She is power strong and refuses to make right of a situation. She was rude to my friend after the pizza was made wrong and did nothing to make it right. Was it really worth all of that to keep a happy consistent customer. Bread and sauce is not worth all of that attitude and rudeness. She must be the owner or the owners relative because she way too comfortable being rude to customers.

First off, let me start by saying I’ve been ordering from Piece of Bogo for many, many years. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. The pizza arrived two hours late, it was barely warm, and parts of it were missing cheese.
When I called to speak with the manager to address the issue, she was unprofessional and rude. I asked for her name, and she refused to provide it. That is completely unacceptable.
I’ve sent a lot of business to this company over the years, but this experience has made me question whether I will continue to do so. I have worked in Customer Service for many years, and I know firsthand that no matter how good the product is, poor customer service will cause a business to lose customers and damage its reputation. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened here.

Haven't ordered in awhile. Decided to get something different. I placed an order for chicago stuffed and when my husband went to pick up the order. They gave him the wrong order and paid with my card the wrong price which was 17 dollars more. I called the store and manager insisted to keep the order, then offered to make the right order for 10 more dollars. Mind you we don't stay close. I am highly pissed. You lost a customer
