Love the grilled chicken salad with their homemade vinnegrate. One of my favorites!

Half the portion size then what used to be. My son had barely any noodles. The bowls of pasta were watered down. Had to use napkins to drain water. First booth smells like urinalysis.

Ordered just over an hour before closing, the kitchen didn't mail it on because it was towards the end of the evening.

Eggplant Parmesan was great, pasta, salad, and bread was also really good.

Also portion was generous, which is an added bonus. Will definitely be back to this location

We used to like this place — at least we think we did — but whatever they’re doing now is not it. We recently ordered a takeout pizza that was so undercooked, greasy, and sloppy we literally couldn’t pick up a single slice without the entire thing collapsing. Cheese, toppings, sauce — everything slid right off. It was inedible.

We brought it back to give them a chance to make it right, and instead of owning it, they told us it was probably our driving. Seriously? We live a few minutes away and didn’t hit a racetrack on the way home. Maybe try baking the pizza next time.

Disappointing all around. If this is what passes for pizza in Cleveland, no wonder we’re all miserable.

Food is fantastic. My personal favorite is the grilled chicken salad with house dressing.
The workers are great.

Too much cheese on house salad, missing ordered item, pizza was so-so.

Service was great but the calzone was not. It was undercooked there was supposed to be Chicken in it Bud had a hard time finding it. When we found it it was overcooked. Whoever is running the place now certainly isn't using the old wonderful recipes.. very very disappointing.

Really enjoyed the experience! The staff accommodated our party of 9 on a busy night. The food was fresh and tasted very good. Best Italian food in Cleveland I would say.

The pizazz salad is so good and full of meat and cheese. Also had a sausage and mushroom pizza, excellent.

Very disappointed the last few times I have ordered for them. I got home and looked at my pizza and it looked like an overpriced frozen pizza. I tasted it and it was uncooked tasted horrible. I would not go back or recommend. Especially because I can get to 4 other pizza places near that are much better. I would not order from them again.

I was overall unimpressed with the food I ordered here. I am not one to leave negative reviews, however after hearing how management has responded to the review of someone I know, I feel obligated to speak up. The food is overpriced and bland and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Instead of blaming the customer for their negative experience, you should attempt to be more professional and take accountability for your own shortcomings. I am deeply disappointed with what I have heard and the management needs to seriously reconsider how they treat their paying patrons. Telling a customer it's on them to check the correctness of their order is appalling to me. Then returning and downplaying the credibility of the review in a desperate attempt to save face... I have worked in food service management roles and this is simply not how you treat the customer. I will not be returning and I will be sure to spread the word about this restaurant.
