Took 2 hours to get one meal people been waiting for hours had lots of doordash and people picking up food that wasn't ready it was horrible then had someone come in and was wanting to fight with the guy in the back doing the food scary food was cold horrible never going there again don't recommend it for anyone
This used to be one of the better ones.Popcorn shrimp should never be hard as rocks, same can be said for the bottom of my strawberry biscuit, (which let me know it was old) then on top of it all they didn't have any napkins and didn't give a spoon or fork to eat my mashed potatoes with! Wow very disappointed ?!... had to come back and add, for the following day to say fast food should be fresh, your customers are not here for you to get rid of your old food! Have been in and out of the bathroom since 4am!Very very disappointed in your service at this particular Popeyes ?????!

I had to wait 30 minutes for 6 ghost wings got pulled to the side I asked for sauce and when they brought the food I had no sauce no biscuits and I had to go stand in line to give them my wings back because they gave me honey lemon pepper instead of ghost pepper and then had to wait even longer so that's a hour outta my Tuesday because I went to Popeyes

Spent $41 at a Popeye's on Clark avenue in Cleveland Ohio and got a chicken breast that was so small it was the size of a Wing I'm done buying Popeye's Chicken . Decided today to see if my complaints matter nope still teeny tiny breast

On Saturday the 16th my family and I headed to this place and when we arrived and entered the establishment the employee who was located in the cash register area told us with an attitude that it was closed and that the orders had to be by car. I am upset about this event because firstly, in the information on social networks it is very clear that it says consumption on site and secondly, if it could not be ordered and consumed on site, they had to lock the establishment because unfortunately my family and I were not the only ones, But when I got into my car, other people entered without a car and they also had to leave. They accept Doordash orders knowing they don't have the food . They are literally always out of something , making people wait in line for 30+ minutes to say they are out of everything . Employees are all rude . always missing something . need to shut down
