Next time tell the store manager not to talk about how fake the chicken is. Maybe she shouldn't work for the company cuz y'all had a pack house and she kept talking about how artificial the chicken is. Please tell her never do that again

The customer service at this location feels poorly managed. The staff often rush customers to order, which makes the experience unpleasant. I also question how employees are trained, as my order was incorrect—I requested spicy chicken but received the original. The food quality and presentation were disappointing, and they frequently run out of chicken sandwiches.

I truly hope to see improvements in both service and food quality. Proper training for employees and better inventory management would make a big difference. Unfortunately, I don’t see myself returning if things remain the same.

Do not order anything right here. If you order here, you will waste time and money! I have been waiting half an hour, but tenders and sauces are missing. There is no value to complain about it.

There are very slow and very unorganized. If you order online, it will cost you 30min to get your order after you show up. Instead of packing the food by the order number, it seems like they only start to pack your order if you show up and ask them “is my order ready ? I have waited for half hour”. And then someone will ask your order number and pack your order like you are cutting the line. This happens all the time. You know, I really like the food here but they really need to be more organized.

Phenomenal food, fresh is an understatement. Just enough spicy heat to make my dining experience magical
