One of the worse locations I've ever eaten from. Chicken was dry and cold. No napkins or utensils placed inside my bag. Typical ghetto establishment. Won't be back. I'll be patronizing the South Euclid location from now on instead. The hood continues to disappoint. Surprise surprise....

This popeye's gave me the wrong order,I want my money back,I called them 42 times what kind of system Are you running here? When no one answers the phone I pay my card, and I got to ride up theret, My ride would not take me back.

This is the worst place to partake in some hot portions. I rudely had a box put in face to block my vision to see inside this ghetto establishment while all the employees were eating all the food. They told the customers they were closed. At 10pm and the open closed sign said something different. Smhrh. I guess it's hard to find good help.

Lady was talking on her phone having a full conversation while I was trying to pay and get my food. She also cut me off while I was ordering so o couldn’t even order what I wanted entirely. Don’t recommend

I just showed up at 10:50 to pick up an Uber Eats order, but they've already closed, even though posted hours say 11.

-1Star. Door was locked, some random customer opened it for me. Walked in, dude with the man bun just looked at me and acted like I wasnt supposed to be there. Took like 10 min for someone to take my order and I was the only one in line. Got food, one wing looked like someone bit off it. Fries thrown in the bag, only 4 were actually in the pouch. Out of Sprite, Orange Fanta tasted like it had soap in it. Contract ChickFilA employees to train Popeyes employees lol. First and ladt visit at this location🫡

Wow this is crazy how my food is. Nothing isn't fresh, the mac is so old and hard it had to been in the warmer for hours!!!!! That's is a health violation, the chicken is so old and hard also, it had to be under the heat for a few hours because the chicken is so hard and dry. I paid my money to get ripped off that's is crazy. PLZ YALL DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT OFF OF BUCKEY! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS AT ALL. PLACE IS DISGUSTING. WOW
