This was the best shopping experience I’ve had at a Popeyes in years. The Tuesdays special was fresh and available in both spicy and mild. The staff was friendly and respectful. Kudos to South Euclid Popeyes. Keep up the good work.

I got a Tuesday special which was supposed to be a thigh and leg, which is considered dark meat. I ended up with a bread and wing which is white meat. I didn't realize that until I got all the way home and was preparing to eat. The jalapeño peppers were so old they weren't even hard. Just mushy. I tried to call and complain and Noone answered. Then they wonder why people stop patronizing certain restaurants. You'all have to do better. The stimulus and PPE/PPP monies are gone.

Just got almost $50 worth of food for the family just to get all the way home and everything was cold. Literally have to temp check food before you leave outside of making sure you have your complete order. Chicken sandwich was suppose to be crispy. Sandwhich was cold warm and not a crunch to it. Wings were crispy and soft yet cold as well. Got 12 piece half and half sauces. They basically drizzled the sauce so i have dry chicken wing with light shower of sauce. Biscuits were the only thing somewhat fresh and warm. Thighs and drums cold and slimy. For having to wait long waits for whatever reasons; you'd expect hot food. Paying full price for food you won't enjoy. Paying for food to reheat before you eat it if you even still want it.

I ordered my meal online and I found out the shop doesn’t have dine in. I already paid my meal online and I politely know the shop door and asked the manager whether they can pass over my food, (I did not drive but walk there) the old lady rudely rejected and told me to get a car and drive to the line or I would never get my food. Eventually I asked a driver thru customer for help (asked her to pickup my order and then delivered to me).

I ordered two big boxes one white meat and one dark, 6 honey bar b que wings and 6 garlic parmeasean. Since the car in front of me ordered 18 ghost pepper wings and drove away they put barb que sauce on 6 of them and garlic parmeasean on 6 and passed them to me. I got home and started eating the garlic parmeasean wings and they were so hot I started throwing up. The big boxes were both dark meat. And on top of that the young lady at the window had a very bad attitude and was certainly pretty rude. Cleveland Ohio we must do better. That was the second Popeyes in two months that really disappointed me.
