I went back-to-back to popeye'sI went Back-to-back. The first time was great the manager he was moving on to another location and he was great his staff was great they were courteous and I received everything I ordered. The second time around everybody was okay but they forgot my drink and when I tried to call back The phone was busy. But overall it was a decent experience.

Unfortunately it seems to be the trend as of late for all of the Popeye restaurants to constantly be out of food. After waiting in a drive thru line for over 10 mins to get to the speaker just to be told they are out of all items in a prepaid order once again.

This placed don't even deserve a review. They don't acknowledge you for your food. They are sitting around talking not taking orders or preparing food. They always have customers waiting on the side.Only kids are hired to run place. Terrible close it down now. The manager should be ashamed

The general manager need to fire all them ppl in the restaurant and put a new team in there. Took me 40 minutes to get to the window, thinking they were short staffed but no they had a whole gang in there. Finally order just for the girl to tell me they had none of what i wanted and no variations of it and had an attitude. On top of that the cops was there. Yall trash I had time

One star is generous. I no longer care to go to this establishment. I don't like being charged $30 for 12 pieces of cold, burned chicken. And I love the ghost pepper wings but I have never had them there. I've come to this Popeyes on several occasions and was told that they didn't have any made and they were not cooking any. So the last time I was there, I noticed several employees smoking in the lot I realized later that they were getting high. I know this because the mic didn't work and after 25 minutes of waiting to get the news that they were not going to prepare the food (yet again) I could smell them through the window over any potentially good smells of chicken and biscuits. If it impacts their ability and desire to work maybe you shouldn't let them do drugs at work.

To the woman named Tiffany who yelled in my mother’s face for asking for extra sauce, I hope no other customers or staff are treated the way my mother was. You were rude for absolutely no reason to not only her but the woman who was taking our order/cashier. I’m not one to leave a negative review but the literal attitude and nastiness for no apparent reason towards your staff and us was disgusting. “Excuse us could we get extra sauce please?”Tiffany opened the window and shouted “SHE’LL BE WITH YOU IN A MOMENT!” and slammed the drive through window closed.Mind you we weren’t even being persistent or rude, we simply forgot to ask for sauce. I’m genuinely not sure what anyone has done to you to deserve that type of treatment but I hope you find peace and happiness because obviously you have issues going on.

Like many other 1 star reviews, I'd recommend bringing a book to read if you plan on entering the drive through. Waited for 20+ min in a line that didn't move. I would have left but the drive through has a curb which means you're stuck. Wait... perhaps it's intentional? ? I'd rate the food but I couldn't wait another minute for a sandwich and fries. If you have roughly 30 min to burn, this is the place to be.

Was at the drive through today at 2:00 and they told me all they had was fish?! Or they didnt know if a blackened sandwich was spicy or not!! They said we can drop more but all we have is fish? At tops takes 10 15min and should have at least said it was going to be that wait but instead just said all they had for sandwiches was fish. Terrible service and especially for the middle of the day on a weekend! Was me and one other person in drive through! Dont waste your time going here!!!

The worst service is that those who serve are very arrogant and EVERY time I have gone through the drive thru they have given me a totally different order than what it is. I ordered through DoorDash and it was the same, they never give what you ask for and they treat people badly.
