Usually love coming here before my flight. Today i placed an order before they closed and when I walked up they closed it early but I still got charged on my card. Annoying for them to have left early

Hands down the best Cubano I ever had. I will always ensure I have enough time flying out of CLE to stop by and make sure this is the last thing I ate if things go wrong worst case scenario. I’m pretty sure the sun beaming down is God smiling at the sandwich that was created.

Delicious sandwich. Even greater friendly service. 7/18 around 10 am. It's not easy working at an airport but these guys and girls were so hospitable and made an amazing sandwich. Quick and easy.

The staff today was very patient and welcoming! Super chill crew today and really got my morning off to a great start. The broccoli cheddar soup is really solid.

Very friendly workers and good sandwich!

Stopped by around 7:30 for a few Potbelly sandwiches, was greeted by two very nice young men who were very helpful with my accommodations. Made all the sandwiches perfectly and very quick, will definitely be stopping by again whenever I find myself in Cleveland Airport!!

The gal working 8/17/23 early did fantastic! She accommodated our carb free travelers without any problems. Definitely off menu. Mine carb included sandwich was good too!

Their official timing is 8pm shows online and we asked them at 6 and they told us closing time at 7.20 and we came at 7.10 and they said we already closed.

This potbelly is the MVP - they stayed open a few minutes late for all the exhausted, delayed fliers to feed us after the other food options shut down. Thank you so much, awesome sandwiches per usual.

The clerk is so full of looking forward to getting off work that he doesn't care what you say.however, the bacon was great though.

Momo was superb. She explained how the service works rather than how others make you stand there feeling idiotic. Kudos the her absolutely. The roast beef w garlic aoli was excellent as well.
