Nice , very clean and good food

The staff today was very patient and welcoming! Super chill crew today and really got my morning off to a great start. The broccoli cheddar soup is really solid.

Very friendly workers and good sandwich!

Stopped by around 7:30 for a few Potbelly sandwiches, was greeted by two very nice young men who were very helpful with my accommodations. Made all the sandwiches perfectly and very quick, will definitely be stopping by again whenever I find myself in Cleveland Airport!!

The gal working 8/17/23 early did fantastic! She accommodated our carb free travelers without any problems. Definitely off menu. Mine carb included sandwich was good too!

Their official timing is 8pm shows online and we asked them at 6 and they told us closing time at 7.20 and we came at 7.10 and they said we already closed.

This potbelly is the MVP - they stayed open a few minutes late for all the exhausted, delayed fliers to feed us after the other food options shut down. Thank you so much, awesome sandwiches per usual.

The clerk is so full of looking forward to getting off work that he doesn't care what you say.however, the bacon was great though.

Momo was superb. She explained how the service works rather than how others make you stand there feeling idiotic. Kudos the her absolutely. The roast beef w garlic aoli was excellent as well.

I stopped by the potbelly Sandwich To buy me and my daughter a Sandwich and coffee The gentleman who served us in the morning was very rude and discussed And I'm appropriate to my daughter She 17 years old Trying to get her number And we're saying unappropriate things It was around 9 AM Saturday His name was lavell I saw his name on his Badge or tag Around his neck is I want to take it to Corporal.

Had a great ham/egg/Swiss HOT added tomato… great people, fast service, wonderful coffee!

Breakfast options are no longer good. They got rid of the smaller square breakfast bread and are using full size subs. Too much bread and it was not toasted enough. Disappointed.
