Service is terrible, employee rolled eyes at me when they saw me get in line and didn’t take off headphones so I had to repeat my order 3 times. Also completely tossed my sandwich together it fell apart immediately and was a mess.

Got Door Dash sent to our business. My coworker's chili came without the additions she ordered and paid for, my lettuce in my salad was frozen and therefore wilted, and there was a black curly hair (beard hair?) in my soup.
I politely recommended to the group that we never order from here again.

I had two online orders from this specific store. Normally I have a good experience at potbelly but this time I was upset. One of my orders came with two drinks, and at other locations I noticed they tend to put the drinks in the bag if they are bottled (which mine were, I ordered two bottled sweet teas). I picked up my orders and didn’t notice the drinks were missing until I got home. I wasn’t too upset about it because I figured everyone makes mistakes, but I called the store two times. The first time whoever picked up hung up on me immediately. The second time I said hello I had an order and I was missing my drinks and the person on the other end hung up on me again. It’s not that the drinks were missing, but the attitude of the person who didn’t seem to want to help me. I ordered from the potbelly app directly so no third party apps involved. I sent a feedback review to potbelly asking to be contacted and called the corporate office to make a complaint. I just wanted my five dollars back. The rest of my food was delicious though and normally I have a good experience with potbelly! The store tends to be pretty clean, just not always stocked with napkins, forks/spoons, etc.
What an awesome menu, great portion choices, delicious food/cookies, and good service. My daughter was very pleased. We look forward to trying Potbelly again!

The store does not take responsibility for delivering your correct order. I received an incomplete order via Uber eats. The sore acted as they did not care. The expected me to find another service to bring to my house the rest of the order. They did not offer a refund.

Any non-downtown location is your best bet. Cleveland has no parking, terrible atmosphere and the service took forever. This would normally be understandable or acceptable if the food was worth it, but then I got my sandwich and it was falling out of the wrapper and leaking everywhere. I now go to the Rockside Rd. location which is about 3 times better and has people who actually know how to make food.
Parking: Don't bother trying to find parking.
