Potbelly Sandwich Shop near Cleveland Public Square

Who closes a good sandwich shop at 3pm on Saturday in downtown!!!!? The amount of business you guys are losing is mind blowing. I was there at 245 and I watched 5 people get turned away in 10 min...no one expects a place to close at 3pm...

If you are going to permanently change your store hours, I would suggest making your customers aware via the website with correct hours.

No one should waste their time, finding parking, paying for parking… only to walk up and the store now closes at 3pm (every day)!!!!!

Nathan was extremely helpful when I needed lunch for 10 people at the last minute. He was patient on the phone, helpful in guiding me into the best options and friendly, quick and efficient in person when I came to pick it up. I wish they could take credit card over the phone, but he was ready and waiting for me when I rushed in to pay and grab the food.

A couple years ago I came to Cleveland from Canada! This restaurant in particular had the greatest service I’ve probably ever received! I did happen to be the only white person in their and to me I didn’t matter because they were treating me with so much compassion comfort and respect, go get yourself a therapeutic dining experience. I was so depressed at the time of my trip to Cleveland and that chicken sandwich I had a long with the service makes me defend Cleveland with my heart and soul! I don’t want to overreact but I’ve got an ED and depends on the food I might be eating with a straw, I ate every last bite of that sandwich and I will never forget it SERIOUSLY one of the best days of my life, I love potbellys

Dietary restrictions: I don’t eat a lot maybe one meal a day, this food was so damn delicious for a skinny kid like me!

I've been here multiple times and lately, there have been multiple issues. Last week they charged me for 2 sandwiches when I only had one, then had to refund me the difference.Today my sandwich was basically inedible. I ordered the new jalapeno chicken sandwich, stated I would like lettuce, tomato and onion. There was absolutely no tomato and I had to pick out several pieces of onion skin throughout the sandwich. There was so much cream cheese on it, it was pouring out of the sides. There was hardly any chicken, so it was a sandwich full of cream cheese, lettuce, and onion.Potbelly has great, fresh ingredients but lately the service has been subpar. At this point I would rather go to Subway. Huge bummer since I prefer Potbelly's fresh ingredients and options.

Was eating half of a Mediterranean sandwich and bit something so hard I chipped part of my tooth… a piece of wood found in the sandwich. Disgusted by the lack of care in preparing food.
