The desserts are plated so beautifully that they feel gourmet.
Amazing sandwiches. We tried A Wreck and the Mediterranean. Both were delicious. Coffee is great too.

Got the new steak sandwich and it was edible. I’ve tried triers this place so many times but I haven’t found one thing good. Their food is also so salty it has a salt warning. Like it may literally give you a stroke.

It was 7:30pm. The place was dead; literally no other customer had been there since I walked in over 15 minutes earlier. A full 10 minutes after my online order was supposed to be ready, I was told they're out of turkey. How does this happen? The food was ok, but this place is poorly managed and staffed.
Also, when I walked it, there was a small pile of trash & debris that had been swept into the middle of the floor. It was still there when I walked out over 20 minutes later.

Manager Julian was super helpful and understanding when I had misplaced my order at the other Euclid Ave location. Now typically it wouldn’t be a big deal to go to the other location but I needed to make the Cavs playoff game starting in 45mins (which he knew as I was wearing a jersey).
Customer service like this is what keeps customers coming back!

Brother, IT TOOK ME $200 OF EATING AT CLEVELAND RESTAURANTZ TO FIND THIS GEM! GREAT EMPLOYEEZ THEY DESERVE THEIR OWN NETFLIX SERIES. THIS PLACE IS A HIDDEN GEM. BY FAR BEST RESTAURANT IN CLEBELAN. WHAT HELL. I USED TO PLAY KINGDOM HEARTS ON PS2 BUT NEVER FINISHED THE GAME. BIGGEST REGRET IN LIFE OTHER THAN CHOOSING DRUGS OVER MY CHILDREN

Consistently good sandwiches and service. The bread is always fresh and perfectly toasty. Surprisingly efficient during the rush - they manage carry-out orders and the line quickly without compromising on quality. Everyone working is friendly enough, and it's always a fun mix of folks eating-in. Grab a seat at the window counter and enjoy people-watching while you eat a great sandwich!

Potbelly Sandwich Shop is my absolute go-to for incredible flavors! As a vegetarian, I truly appreciate their care in customizing my order, especially the Mediterranean without chicken, which is always fantastic. The staff is consistently friendly, and the shop maintains excellent hygiene. Highly recommend!

The service is horrible. I put in my lunch order 2 hours early and still waited my entire break for my food. The employees were ignoring everyone. Food was cold and had been behind the counter the entire time.

Nothing deters customers from a restaurant faster than inconsistency. I used to come here every week in the summer of 2024 and it was great every time. Now, every since they've started rotating different employees around and took away the regular crew, its been a nightmare of inconsistency.
One day I'll get a sub with a nice quantity of meat loaded onto it proportional for the price I paid (over 12 dollars). The next day I'll get a sandwich with 4 dollars worth of meat on it for 12 bucks. And if you're thinking of adding bacon? Forget it. It's rubbery, half cooked, and they only give you about 1 piece, maybe 1 and a half if they're feeling generous.
This place seriously needs to reevaluate their training because I even witnessed one employee holding up the line because she couldn't count change back to the customer right!
If you want a suggestion of where to go instead, try Square Cafe a few doors down. They always have the same employees, it's consistent, and most importantly, its good food.
