We ordered our food to-go on Saturday night, and we were treated so nicely; we were offered beverages while we waited for the order to be ready. The ambience was inviting and cozy. I wish we had stayed so we could personally share how delicious the food was. The pork belly burnt ends just melted in your mouth and the flavor of everything was amazing. We had the salad, smash burgers and brisket. The brisket was so tender, the sauce flavorful and the corn muffin with honey butter was the cherry on top of a great meal.

This place is awesome!! In a heaven where only smoked meats exist, their brisket and burnt ends would be at the top of my list. We're talking last meal kind of stuff. Wings were also terrific, as were the pulled pork nachos. This will be a regular stop for us every time we're in the area.

Been here probably 6-8 times and have not experienced a single plate that wasn't perfection. The simpler you think something is, the more effort they've actually put into it behind the scenes, I think. Even their simple cheeseburger tastes like nothing else I can think of from fast food or dine-in restaurants you'd typically get a burger from. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend the burnt ends, mac and cheese, and smash burger.
This place has the best ribs and brisket. The service is always delightful but the chairs on the patio were not comfortable. They have so many different types of yummy bbq sauces to add to your meal. The only thing that falls short here is the cornbread, it’s very dry and lacks flavor. However the fries and vinegar aioli are to die for.

First time at Proof and absolutely will go back. Wonderful back patio area, shaded by trees, and with plenty of angled views to the tv. It’s a nice quiet atmosphere that feels removed from the bustle of OHC.
Our waiter was attentive, relaxed, and kept a really great vibe with his service. Also got to meet the owner who was making rounds, and he was really kind.
Overall a really great experience, and great spot to enjoy the weather, good food and drink, and whatever game may be on the tv. Worth the visit and looking forward to enjoying some more patio time this summer and fall.

Move over Landmark, Proof has taken the top spot for me!!!! Proof’s burger is, dare I say it, a SMASH!!!!!! It always comes out piping hot along with the tasty fries if that is the side you want!!! Order the OHC sauce to dip your fries in. Also, I use the sauce on my burger. Go check them out! Get the PROOF that they are worth every pennie!!! See what I did there…

Went for dinner and got to enjoy the patio. Staff was attentive and kind. Food is absolutely delicious. Pulled pork was moist and I’m going to say the best I have ever had. Sauces were also great. We will definitely be back!

The food is phenomenal, I think it’s my favorite place for BBQ in cle. They have great drinks, amazing wings and some bomb ass brisket.
