I don't think my pictures make their food justice, this place is great. The staff is friendly, they have the coolest posters and pictures from my favorite bands (which is a plus) and an extra star for the Playlist, but the food is the real gem We ordered the fried green tomatoes, brisket, OHC Smash Burger and the Island vibes... everything was tasty, juicy and flavorful. They also have great selection of drinks and beers, We tried the spooky tooth from Fat Head's Brewery, so good!!! Just a heads up, they do charge a 3% fee to pay with a credit card, in case that you want to come prepared 😉.

Everything we have had is delicious: Mac & cheese, fried green tomatoes, smoked chicken, pulled pork and even the salad was memorable! The food and service was excellent. This place has the best macaroni and cheese I have ever eaten at a restaurant. The brisket was flavorful and tender. The Brussel sprouts are so yummy. FYI I don't normally eat them. The wings are smoked and then fried. My sister says they are the best. She would definitely return. This cozy eatery is a must try.

I like the space & ambiance of the place. Nice patio & whatnot. The ribs were great, fell off the bone. Nice portion of meat compared to others. They were stingy with the sauce, it was okay. The mac n cheese was nothing special. The drink I had was pretty weak. It was a takeout order.

AMAZING BBQ and we’ve been all over. Easily top five spots on my list and I was pleasantly surprised. Went for lunch - didn’t get the ribs because they aren’t available until 4 PM. Get the wings, burnt ends pork belly and corn bread. White sauce and Gochuchang. Indoor and patio seating. Literally run!!!

Proof has some of the best staff and spare ribs 😋 👌 honestly no need for sauce, in my opinion. They are seasoned to perfection with that beautiful smoke ring, letting your eyes know you're in for some goodness. I'm not a big fan of the corn bread taste like they put some old kfc honey on it, and the mac n cheese was OK it was too overloaded with chives for me, but still good. They have excellent beer draft and bucket specials to check out. But the service was top-notch from the moment we walked in, definitely worth checking out.
Amazing menu, service, and food! The atmosphere is great too, we sat in the covered indoor/outdoor patio, but they also have a full patio outside.. and parking! Will be coming back for their weekday happy hour specials.
