Had it for my birthday, had it again today, got plans to have it again soon. They make my favorite burger and I’m very particular about what I want on my burger. They’ve got not one of my fixings and they’re still my favorite burger. I need yall to hear me. They got onions on the burger. I loathe onions and I don’t even take em off! Their burger exceeds expectations, volts over hopes, and explodes beyond imagination. I just left and I want another.

Chill spot with good bbq and a nice bourbon selection! Lots of good options but the ribs, wings, and smash burger are all great! Also don't sleep on the corn bread or fried green tomatoes.

We ordered our food to-go on Saturday night, and we were treated so nicely; we were offered beverages while we waited for the order to be ready. The ambience was inviting and cozy. I wish we had stayed so we could personally share how delicious the food was. The pork belly burnt ends just melted in your mouth and the flavor of everything was amazing. We had the salad, smash burgers and brisket. The brisket was so tender, the sauce flavorful and the corn muffin with honey butter was the cherry on top of a great meal.

Such a great experience trying Proof for the first time! The wing deal on Wednesday was great and we loveeed the smoked wings! This will definitely be a frequented restaurant of ours!
This place is awesome!! In a heaven where only smoked meats exist, their brisket and burnt ends would be at the top of my list. We're talking last meal kind of stuff. Wings were also terrific, as were the pulled pork nachos. This will be a regular stop for us every time we're in the area.

Been here probably 6-8 times and have not experienced a single plate that wasn't perfection. The simpler you think something is, the more effort they've actually put into it behind the scenes, I think. Even their simple cheeseburger tastes like nothing else I can think of from fast food or dine-in restaurants you'd typically get a burger from. The cocktails are also done perfectly, I get an old fashioned every time. Much love to Proof from your favorite untattooed couple lmao
