We have ordered takeout a few time's and this is now on our weekly rotation! Everything we have had is delicious: Mac & cheese, fried green tomatoes, smoked chicken, pulled pork and even the salad was memorable! The interior is super cozy and the staff is friendly and helpful. We love supporting local and we are grateful you are in the neighborhood! Thanks Proof BBQ!
The food and service was excellent. This place has the best macaroni and cheese I have ever eaten at a restaurant. The brisket was flavorful and tender. The Brussel sprouts are so yummy. FYI I don't normally eat them. The wings are smoked and then fried. My sister says they are the best. She would definitely return.

The staff is friendly, they have the coolest posters and pictures from my favorite bands (which is a plus) and an extra star for the Playlist, but the food is the real gem
We ordered the fried green tomatoes, brisket, OHC Smash Burger and the Island vibes... everything was tasty, juicy and flavorful.
