My son resided at the Creswell for 5 years thru this past June. The playhouse square location was fantastic with walking distances to numerous restaurants, groceries and multiple sports venues. 2 bedroom apt. was spacious and up to date. Management was always responsive and pleasant (Barb). Playhouse square and lake views were a big plus. We enjoyed our time there.
The creswell was very professional from start to finish. Great location, great neighbors, and great property manager. I highly recommend living here if you are looking for an apartment downtown!
Samantha gave us a wonderful and thorough tour. She was extremely personable and accommodating. The renovations are beautiful but the building still has a ton of character and integrity. Looking forward to calling this place home!
