This is my first and (likely) last time visiting this location. I ordered a large Orange Chill via pickup only to discover it wasn’t blended well at all. Very disappointing…

In general Pulp is probably the least “healthy” smoothie bar in the area from the standpoint of considering added sugar and nutrient content. They use sorbets and juice concentrates that contain large amounts of added sugar and cheaper / not as many healthy additive options compared to other places. If you still like pulp anyway that’s fine though my recommendation would be another location; as you can see from these reviews the owner at this one likes to argue and debate with customers who had negative experiences rather than doing his job and rectifying them.

Had a disgusting fingernail in my smoothie. Reached out for a refund a few days ago and no one has followed up. Still sick to my stomach.

This location has had their bathroom 'out of order' since the pandemic. It is illegal to not offer customers a restroom in an establishment that serves food. I will never be returning to this location and will also be contacting the health department.

Best pulp around, SERIOUSLY. The smoothies here taste better, there’s always a welcoming vibe and good customer service has never been an issue. I’ll pass every other Pulp burning rubber for the Green Tea smoothie at THIS location!

My go-to spot for a wheatgrass fix. The owner and staff are very nice. Shoutout to Sean who always makes us feel so welcome.

Customize able green juices. So nice to buy one already made instead of a fattening salad.

Dietary restrictions: Found something good for a person with diabetes.

The wraps were great especially the chicken Caesar wrap! The guy was patient with me when I used a gift card even though I wasn't sure much I had on there. Highly recommend!

Good morning this review is really for the owners of whoever made up this rule up .. all of the money people spend in this store you can’t use the bathroom 🚽 this is a restaurant . Its ridiculous and offensive
This would be my last visit and I will spread the word to my coworkers and everyone else that goes to this location . that’s just rude and weird behavior not to allow a pregnant paying customer that comes here at least five times out of the week .

These people are SAINTS. I was that idiot who ordered close to closing time, completely forgetting they closed at 9 PM. I was rushing to make it, showed up a mess, and was lucky that they were still there with my smoothie ready to go even though I was nearly 10 minutes late. I am so thankful they were there despite my stupidity. PSA: don’t do that. I’m just pointing out that the people working here are wonderfully courteous. They could’ve left and I would’ve completely understood. But they didn’t.
