Used to live in the neighborhood and visited for lunch while I had the time. Used a coupon for a buffalo chicken wrap. The person who made it, made it INSANELY spicy, drenched in buffalo sauce with 0:1 ratio of ranch. Honestly didn't have the time to stop back and get it fixed, and their phone goes straight to voicemail. Otherwise, would've been great.

Any pulp is AMAZING! I order a Pulp Fusion, everyday to start my day! It’s an addiction! I would of have this location 5 stars but every time I visit the wait time is extremely long, even when it’s not busy! Maybe one more employee to keep things flowing. On two occasions I ordered large smoothies and I get the Regular size. Not the end of world just want what I pay for. The staff has always been friendly, the location of this store is really in an up and coming area. A lot of potential to engage with the community. I oversee a business myself and understand there are good and bad reviews, I don’t want to bash the store or Pulp brand. I’m a huge fan, but we all can learn from our customers and their feedback. Thank you for waiting on me everyday!

This place is good overall. Love the smoothies, the wraps are good, and the employees are nice for the most part. I cannot leave five stars though, because the bathrooms are perennially closed to the public. As the owner of a place that serves food and beverage, I know that this is illegal. If you serve food in the state of Ohio, you MUST provide restrooms to your patrons. To be very honest, if I come to this location again and the restrooms are closed, I'm going to call the health department and file a complaint as this is a clear violation.
