Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar

i asked for blueberries in my açaí bowl, twice .. one order no blueberries, second time going no blueberries ..

I normally go to the one on Mayfield but stopped by after work. My smoothie tasted like ice and the girl remade it. I told her thank you and the lil girl rudely walked away. She was a lil asian girl with an pink hoodie. Not my fault you can’t make the proper smoothie right the first time. Get the measurements right the first time and you won’t have issues. Definitely won’t be back to this locatiob

The store is listed to close at 5pm on the door at this location I arrived 45min prior to 5pm and the doors were locked. I’m not sure if they closed early for a certain reason as this would not be the first time they closed earlier than the time list on the door. Sometimes they are open until this time other times they are not this is leaves a bad taste in your mouth for a franchise that can’t seem to be consistent.

Closed early doesn’t respect hours

So inconsistent for such a premium price. My smoothie is seemingly never made correctly. Ordered a mango bomb ahead of time as I was in a rush, and the smoothie was completely liquid. 10 minutes didn’t melt it that badly so it was likely just made incorrectly

HORRIBLE STAFF DUE TO MANAGEMENT HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT DUE TO MANAGEMENT. NO TRAINING, THEY NEVER HAVE WHAT IS NEEDED FOR STAFF TO COMPLETE THERE JOB, MANAGEMENT TEXT ALL DAY LONG NO TYPE OF COMMUNICATION. THEY FIRE PROPLE TO TRY TO COVER THEMSELVES. NO " ACCOUNTABILITY" FOR THERE WRONG DOING!!! MANAGEMENT TALK TO STAFF LIKE CRAP!!! AND YOU ALL WILL BE REPORTED!!!

I was a regular at this location, I decided to take my business elsewhere… The staff member with the reddish color hair always act like she don’t want to be at work & a bad attitude!

Previous regular myself, always been a fan of Pulp & the downtown location.
Majority of the previous staff have been pretty good! I’m not 100% what the changed, , the employees have become extremely unmotivated, rude, lazy & forgetful of orders. It took 25+ min for a plain wrap & a salad. I intentionally left to give time for my food so I would be on time for work & was set penalized for the tardiness.

I had small specific requests for my food, light sauce on my wrap & a plain chicken salad.

Once I finally got to my food, 25+ min later, my wrap was soaked in hot sauce & ranch dripping everywhere. Not to mention, there were two pieces of lettuce on my wrap as the whole thing fell apart as a sloppy mess in my hands.

I originally tried to place a phone in order, but the girl who was working rudely said I wasn't allowed because she was busy and if I wanted to order I needed to come in then hung up on me. I ended up coming in around 12:10, ordering 3 wraps and 3 smoothies. The girl working had red hair and wore a pink hoodie & was very non personable... they were using dirty knives for my wraps, they didn't rinse the black tops to the blenders and kept using dirty ones for every smoothie, there was powder on the counters, the floors were disgusting, they had empty containers all over. They gave me my wraps without a bag, then placed my smoothies on the counter and when I asked for a drink carrier the girl was very rude and repeated me asking for one in a sarcastic manner. When I got back home, one of the wraps was completely wrong and the Pulp Fusion I ordered wasn't blended thoroughly. I will never be coming back to this store as this service was terrible. I have never had an experience like this and would hope no further customers do either.

Literally horrible. They’re never open on time and always canceling orders. My DoorDash driver literally said the guy was just setting up to open at 12pm the other day. Today they canceled my order and aren’t answering the phone.

Store not open when they say they’re open. they open at 9am, here at 9:10am door is still locked.
