Please train your employees to greet customers even when they are busy. We walked in and waited 5 minutes and we weren’t even addressed - no “hello” or “ we’ll be right with you.” We didn’t know how long we were going to wait so we walked out. Customer service makes a difference in the quality of the experience.

My first experience with this location and I would never come back. I decided to come to this location because it was closer to my job when I should have just stopped by the one closer to my house. This location was supposed to open at 8am. The employee gets there at 8 and realizes she doesn’t have the key to get inside. How do you go to work unprepared? There was also trash on the ground right in front of their building that needs to be picked up. 0/10. Would not recommend.

I normally go to the one on Mayfield but stopped by after work. My smoothie tasted like ice and the girl remade it. I told her thank you and the lil girl rudely walked away. She was a lil asian girl with an pink hoodie. Not my fault you can’t make the proper smoothie right the first time. Get the measurements right the first time and you won’t have issues. Definitely won’t be back to this locatiob

The store is listed to close at 5pm on the door at this location I arrived 45min prior to 5pm and the doors were locked. I’m not sure if they closed early for a certain reason as this would not be the first time they closed earlier than the time list on the door. Sometimes they are open until this time other times they are not this is leaves a bad taste in your mouth for a franchise that can’t seem to be consistent.

So inconsistent for such a premium price. My smoothie is seemingly never made correctly. Ordered a mango bomb ahead of time as I was in a rush, and the smoothie was completely liquid. 10 minutes didn’t melt it that badly so it was likely just made incorrectly
