We got there on a Friday night, I assumed it would be super busy, so I made a reservation for my son's birthday dinner for 4. We arrived, the restaurant was pretty empty, to my surprise-we got seated, and it literally took almost 15 minutes for someone to come greet us-I was giving them 5 more minutes, or we were leaving. Our server finally came, gave us water and menus, and we ordered drinks and appetizers. The drink I was looking for that I had previously, was not on the menu, but she told us they could make it. My drink tasted like plain seltzer water-no sweetness, nothing. The mozzarella sticks were very dark, but my kids tasted them and said they didn't taste burned, so they ate them. The server had the bartender re-make my drink, it was a little better, but not what I was looking for-but I said it's fine. Our food came out-the chicken sandwiches were fine, but the rosemary fries were DOUSED in salt, and they were not fresh-lukewarm at best. But we ate because who wants to keep traveling around to fine somewhere else on a Friday night? Then our server seemed like she was ready for us to hurry up and leave-we were still nibbling on our food and she's asking if we want boxes and the bill-I said not yet? She gave it a few minutes and came back again. The whole evening was just annoying. Seemed like no one was on their game, and it's sad because it was not busy at ALL. I can't say we'll never come back because we actually like the place, but tha experience was not cool, and definitely not worth the $123 we spent.
Good time

The worst service ever had at a bar. Witnessed the bartenders serve a charcuterie board that had been sitting on the back bar for over an hour. Unacceptable.

We were looking for a place to eat downtown on a Monday afternoon for a little Birthday dinner and stumbled upon Punch Bowl Social. The open doors looked so inviting, so we decided to give it a try—and we're so glad we did! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating from the moment we walked in.
The place is absolutely huge, with so many fun games and unique decor. Our 10-year-old was in heaven exploring everything. Even though it was a Monday and the rooftop wasn't open, we appreciated that they let us walk around and take a look. Our server was fantastic—super friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and so kind to our son. I also really enjoyed my **Espresso Martini**, and accommodated my request to be in a rocks glass so I could easily walk around with it—a perfect touch!
The prices are what you'd expect for a downtown spot, but you're definitely paying for the incredible atmosphere, aura of the place and attentive service, and it's totally worth it. We had such a great experience and will absolutely be back to check it out on a busier night or weekend!

Awful service. Waited 20 minutes at the bar and had to end up leaving. Wasn’t busy enough for that shitty of service

Stopped in for a drink and apps before the Morgan Wallen concert. Friends were sitting at a long table by the entrance and the rest of our party of 6 joined them. We were there for 5 minutes and then the staff came over and told us that the area we were sitting in was closed for a private event and we needed to leave. Found a couple of round tops that were open but pilled with empty glasses and dishes. No waitstaff to be found so we just moved the stuff to another table so we could sit down.
Went to the bar to order drinks and apps… at first they weren’t going to let us order food but with a little flattery we were able to talk the bartender into letting us order food to the table.
Food was mid, service was lacking, atmosphere was dirty.
Be prepared to bus your own table.

I booked a party of 11 for a birthday. We arrived and were told they're out of about 15 things on the menu. Also, they said they could not seat us outside, which i requested when i made our reservation. We left and took our party to margaritaville. They had a full menu

I was with a group from work and playing the games plus karaoke was cool.. The quesadillas were delicious.. I had a few Amaretto Sours that were tasty.. I was disappointed with the bowling and they only had one pool table that only one group hogged the entire time we were there..

While we enjoyed our initial experience and service, when we went to the bartender on the first floor near the karaoke room, she was very rude (07-27-25 | 9pm). She also became very aggressive towards us after we didn’t tip due to her being inhospitable. She needs to be re-trained when it comes to customer service, and we will very likely not be coming back again because of this!

It's nice!! But to me it's a place to have fun, relieve some stress. Have a cocktail. I've been trying to go for months so I went alone. 2 is better than 1. Nice place to take a date to get to know each other. I had the $5 mimosas for the Saturday brunch deal, which were excellent. The avocado toast was very good! I'm definitely going back!

Huge places with several bars, 5 lane bowling, and several other games, roof top area, and also small patio area that is dog friendly. Menu is a typical fun and eat fare. Service was good, but food is so so. Had Carnitas nachos, Carnitas was bone dry, then Queso? it got hard like a wax and we had to chip it off the plate with a knife. Carnitas taco was good. Then had a wedge salad, which came out after we finished the main. Iceburg was hot, the dressing was soupy and warm, it was a swamp salad. I guess people go there for drinks and games, but DNB food not great but eatable, here not so great. Out of 100 places I visited last year, I will rank 98.
