At the airport so there is an overcharge vs not airport. Food was ok, not great. Garlic Cheese Curds had no garlic toss or garnish as pictured. Fries were Quaker Steak & “Luke” warm (see what I did there). Hangover Burger was prepared correctly but dry, it needs a sauce or something. The Mango Lemonade & service was good.

Darien was more focused on sitting looking at his phone rather than paying attention to his customers. Not friendly at all.

I have always love Quaker Steak & Lube. The bone in wings are the best. Mango Habanero dry rub! Service was quick in the airport but the actual servers were short and almost boarderline rude. I ordered 10 wings and only got 5? When they finally came by table to correct the issue, I had to leave for my gate.

Just a mediocre spot to grab a beer before a flight. Not bad, but also not great. No one is in a hurry to provide service, but they’re friendly enough when they take care of you. Solid 3 stars.

Who would have known that the onion rings are delicious. Combo meal reasonably priced and Truth on tap. Now the flight will be relaxing.

Sat down for breakfast at 5:45-left 15 minutes later because no one would take my order. The place was not busy at all..

So disappointed from the start. The service was catered to people of non African decent. Every opportunity that could reflect a different outcome was not taken, instead but continued. To have to feel outcasted and disrespected is not your typical thought for dining out. The food tasted (chicken sandwich) HORRIBLE! Overall I believe there is alot of room for improvement going into 2025, because CLE AIRPORT this is how your represented. Like maybe giving another restaurant the opportunity to serve and help the patrons have a rememberable short time while patronizing the airport and restaurant. QUAKER STATE also, the responsibility does not solely lie on the airport. Training and coaching in a public service industry may help

I love boneless wings: they have all the flavor of regular wings, with all the convenience of chicken nuggets. Best of both worlds.

The place is called Steak and Lube, as the first location opened in a car shop. I think. They have car-themed decor that extends to the menu options, and I can't but feel that I'm just chilling at the bar while they're changing my oil next door.

Anyways! The BBQ boneless wings are a solid choice for airport food, and it can get spicy real quick, tread the options with caution. There's a quick table and bar service, with outlets to charge your phone.

Decent drinks, too. Probably good (and reasonably priced) cocktails, but I just had a Blue Moon.

I was in the Cleveland airport and flew out Thursday. Stopped at Quaker for a quick bite and drink. Kim was my bartender. Food and drink was good. She recommended a lube island tea. It was delicious!! Very busy but she was quick and attentive. Awesome bartender!
