Quaker Steak & Lube

Steak and cheese was good! Expected great! The burger looks amazing! I possibly made the wrong choice. Service was excellent! Incredibly sweet cherry Coke.

I was in the Cleveland airport and flew out Thursday. Stopped at Quaker for a quick bite and drink. Kim was my bartender. Food and drink was good. She recommended a lube island tea. It was delicious!! Very busy but she was quick and attentive. Awesome bartender!

Your food might be great but the fact that at 4am you make a person get a drink to sit in an empty restaurant and use their computer is stupid. It was not like there was a rush and sitting there kept you from losing money. When I want wings I will have to go to someone that cares for the travelers.

The bartender Kim may be one of the worst bartender I have ever had not only in an airport but anywhere. Anyone coming to Cleveland and she is the first impression would put an instant sour taste. No smile, no pep in her step, no conversation, and just seems miserable. My wife and I were leaving for a flight and I asked her at 7:00 PM what time they closed and she said soon, they don’t close until 9 PM. Apparently she wants to close early.

Nothing like seeing a mouse run in the bar area. Bartender asleep at the corner of the bar on her phone. Go to food court don't bother wasting your money.

Someone purposely did this , I waited 30 mins for an uncooked meal fries was stale don’t eat here!! ? btw this is an uncooked meal vs an messed up order!! . I also told the waitress “ well done “ she did not listen or check it also so overall bad service ??!

Our bartender Ninoshka slept at the bar with multiple guests around waiting to order. Co-Worker didn’t even bother to wake her up. It was 10am, not even that early… love the food, love the playlist, hated the service. Whole staff hid in the kitchen the entire time they weren’t sleeping at the bar.

Nov 18 at 245. Dude with purple jacket wants to have an attitude because I was waiting incase yall was wait to be seated. Wants to say in a loud rude tone seat yo self. Like no you could of said it normal not rude. Terrible server.
